    Hello!
A quick post from me as I'm off out shortly. Today's been ok, but we had a glass of kir royale at work to celebrate a milestone, and I'd already had a twirl. And I'm eating out tonight, so today may need to be a little bit flexible. I still have one a choice and one b though so will choose wisely.
    Food today has been:
    Fruit and yog
    Ryvita and babybel cheese
    Fruit
    And aforementioned twirl and wine
Will try for a salad tonight....

Tonight I have been horse riding for 45mins (very hard work, not just sitting there!!) and also for a 55min walk. I'm very tired but pleased with myself, the only trouble is the exercise makes me hungry! I've just had a bowl of fruit and a yogurt but I might have a little bit of my xmas choccy in a bit too!!

I'd say yes to producing a sandwich discreetly. I was at a funeral the other week and the food was absolute carp. It made me cross because I think the hotel took advantage of the family, any other day and I think they'd have complained loudly! So be careful in case people start asking you where you got the nice, fresh sandwich from!

    Well done on your 2lbs!

Do you have the curry recipe Zip? sounds like a good idea. I use Batchelor's Pilau when I want to imitate a take-out and that's syn free.
