Morning all. I have a rather sore botty today from the horse riding last night lol!!

Zipp, well done on slimmer of the week.

MRSM and Dizzy are both very quiet, hope all is well. I know MRM was due to be on hols about now so perhaps they are busy enjoying themselves!!

    Today's food will be EE:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - mixed salad, corned beef quiche (2), dressing (2), fruit salad, yogurt.
Tea - chicken tikka kebabs (pieces of chicken and salad in a WM pitta for 6 syns), more salad, sw chips. Usually have sauce with the kebab so might have a little bit but don't want to go over syns!!

I had my first SW class last week, and remember the leader saying that juices have to be synd for the reason you mentioned.

Thanks very much for that info, seems like I'm going to have to cut back on them then!

Weigh in this morning - gain of 0.5lbs which I totally deserve (and then some) so not upset about it.

scanbran - I bought a packet this week. Seems a bit expensive for what it is. Are there any other cheaper options in supermarkets which I can use. I know about ryvita etc but I am specifically thinking about using them in their cake recipies etc. Anyone tried any other rye / oat crispbread in cooking yet? thanks

WI last night and lost 0.5lb for the 4th week in a row :(. I've now changed my target as my consultant agrees that I will never loose the weight from my stomach until I've had a diagnosis from my consultant. So now I'm 1.5lb away from target, which given my track record will probably take me another 3 weeks to reach :rotfl:

    EE today:

    B: hi-fi bar (b), satsuma, teas (a)
L: chilli ribs (4), wedges, salad
D: sw lasagne (1), sw chips, salad. sc lolly (3.5)
    Snacks: mullerlight, satsuma

I think we need protein content and size of pack/portion.

And are these measurements for 100g or the serving size?

thanks for coming back to me - I have binned the packet, so the next time il get the protein, serving size as well
might take a look on minimins - dont think thats the right name but i know what i mean lol!
  • Morning all

Well done to all the losers, especially susiebear making the target weight loss!

Its my first day back on plan today after 2 weeks on holiday. So far have had all bran with milk and am just about to have 2 nectarines. Need to go to supermarket so will get lots of good food and update later. I've had a few compliments from friends lately and so am very motivated to go for the last 10lbs or so to target now :-)

Morning all don't know whether I stayed the same last night or not as i went to WI but it had been cancelled as the consultant had forgot her card which goes in the scales and her machine and so could not weigh anyone!

Flexi day for me today as only at work this morning as it's my hen do tonight and I am going to enjoy it and not think about syns!

Good luck to those WI today.

I know how frustrating it is to be so near target, but 1/2lb a week is nearly 2 stone in a year so not to be sniffed at!

Have you tried shaving legs, waxing etc :rotfl:
