Just had my coffee(A from allowance)
1 Weetabix(1/2B), milk(A), banana
Pasta in HM tomato sauce, salad
Quorn chicken burger(2.5), WM roll(B), wedges, ketchup(1), beans
Usual fruit/yoghurt if i'm hungry, alpen for other 1/2B with tea mid afternoon usually:)
Squeeze some syns in later if i want them

            WI tonight, and really hoping I've lost moe than half a pound this week. Have been cycling to work everyday, it's not that far, but it is up a very steep hill.
EE today
B: whole punnet of cherries, tea with milk (a)
L: half a roast chicken, mixed salad
 no idea yet, will cycle home at lunchtime and get something out of the freezer.

            Morning all.
I don't know what the mix to max plan is so I've never done it.
I'm really hungry today. Just had a nectarine but my tummy is still rumbling!
I'm going horse riding tonight for the first time in ages so that will be good exercise!
Today's food is Green:
Brekkie - banana, porridge (HEA&B)
Snack - nectarine
Lunch - leftover stir fried veg and noodles (3), mango, melon, grapes.
Snack - yogurt and an apple
Tea - HM lasagne (HEA&B), sw chips, salad
I'll probably have some chocolate as the rest of my syns later in the evening. I'm still eating choclate that I got for my birthday and Christmas!0 - 
            Morning all, well done on all the losses and nsv !
EE today:
B - melon
L - ham and salad sandwich (heb) and some more melon
S - crisps (5.5)
D - not sure it will be something quick after WI and class - might have a fishfinger sandwich to use up my syns and other heb and might put some cheese in it for hea

I think it was for when you needed to mix your red and green days back before extra easy.
You had 3 meals a day but each one had to be completely red or green. You then added you normal 2 HEa's and b's but your snacks had to be superfrees (free on both days) or synned at the highest value. i.e. snacking on pasta would be the syns from a red day.
Does that make sense:D... thats from what i can remember...

            :wave: I'm a very happy bunny. Managed to lose 1.5lbs at WI when I expected STS at best. All my ignoring of cakes etc all week seems to have paid off and a few indiscretions were not over syns. That leaves me 1.5lbs from my target.:D
Today's EE Menu:
B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk in teas
L: marmite, laughing cow (just one and I'm going to minimise the teas) & cucumber sandwich, frozen Muller, apple
 chicken casserole with carrots, onions, leeks, mushrooms and butter beans plus cauli or cabbage and new pots
Snack: bowl of berries with Total0 -

I am returning to the fold after a short break (not too much damage done thank goodness). WI in last night at class to find out I had lost ½.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix (HXB),
skimmed milk (HXA)
Lunch - Wafer thin ham, gherkins, pickled onions
5 laughing Cow cheese (HXA)
1 toffee Muller light
1 hard boiled egg
2 tsp Oat bran (2 syns)
Dinner - Salmon fillet
New pots (HXB)
cabbage/asparargus
toffee muller light yoghurt
snacks - 6 seafood sticks
2 tsp oat bran - 2
1 tbsp salad cream light - 1
1 2 finger kitkat - 5½0 -
