following this weeks good weight loss I tried the Evans size 14 jeans on again - they are looking good! I'm not happy about the muffin top - but I'm hoping a few more weeks on plan will sort that problem!

This time last year I was wearing Evans jeans - a very snug size 22!

The size 18's are getting very baggy, and despite being very comfy may have to be binned sometime soon.....

I LOVE NSV's as somebody called them..

    Well done:A You're getting there.

    Morning all.

I don't know what the mix to max plan is so I've never done it.

I'm really hungry today. Just had a nectarine but my tummy is still rumbling!

I'm going horse riding tonight for the first time in ages so that will be good exercise!

    Today's food is Green:

    Brekkie - banana, porridge (HEA&B)
    Snack - nectarine
Lunch - leftover stir fried veg and noodles (3), mango, melon, grapes.
Snack - yogurt and an apple
Tea - HM lasagne (HEA&B), sw chips, salad

I'll probably have some chocolate as the rest of my syns later in the evening. I'm still eating choclate that I got for my birthday and Christmas!

I think it was for when you needed to mix your red and green days back before extra easy.

You had 3 meals a day but each one had to be completely red or green. You then added you normal 2 HEa's and b's but your snacks had to be superfrees (free on both days) or synned at the highest value. i.e. snacking on pasta would be the syns from a red day.

Does that make sense:D... thats from what i can remember...

not very good at explainging myself sorry:o

 I'm a very happy bunny. Managed to lose 1.5lbs at WI when I expected STS at best. All my ignoring of cakes etc all week seems to have paid off and a few indiscretions were not over syns. That leaves me 1.5lbs from my target.:D

    Today's EE Menu:

B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk in teas
L: marmite, laughing cow (just one and I'm going to minimise the teas) & cucumber sandwich, frozen Muller, apple
D: chicken casserole with carrots, onions, leeks, mushrooms and butter beans plus cauli or cabbage and new pots
Snack: bowl of berries with Total
