I'd suggest you try a 36c or maybe even d. If the cup is too small not only will you have double boobs but it will tighten it up across the front meaning it will pull on the back also.

I'm very lucky I have a Fantasie factory shop near me - £26 yesterday for a swimming cossie that retails at £65

I used to think I was a 38B, in April I got measured in Debenhams and discovered I'm actually 36D! never been a D cup in my life but the bras fit great!

I have a quick question re costa coffee food, I had a pasta salad in there yesterday which had a little bit of oil in it, the packaging said it had 360 calories, how many syns would that be? I had a green day by the way

Cheers all :)

The only pasta salad on SW website is this one

ProductExtra EasyOriginalGreenChicken & Pasta Salad, per serving 7 14½ 7

Not sure if that will help much though as don't know how much of the syns are for the chicken on green day

Well done on the losses folks! For all you STS or gainers this week, don't be disheartened, keep it up and it wall fall off sooner than you think :j

I am extremely excited to announce a 1lb loss this week, getting me at my target of 10st 8, which means I have lost my 2 STONE :T

I have to confess though, I think the reason for this is I could not sleep at all last night, I was awake all night long, and when I have nights like this I am up and down to the toilet weeing every hour, so I am guessing the wee's and sleepless night helped :p

Feeling like utter carp today though in work, sometimes I don't know how I manage working all day on no sleep, and not only that but its my pub night, so I am not missing out on that, but I am sure the drinks will secure me a good nights kip tonight.

Keep up the good work all, and remember if you need to lose a few pound, stay up all night :rotfl:

While I am here, I may aswell post my menu

EE
Brek: Mango FF yog & 2 tangerines
Lunch: Tuna salad
Dinner: Spag bol with plenty of veggies mixed in and 2-3 tins of tom's
Pub: A few to many I guess
After pub munchies: If I can stay awake that long, will be 2 alpen lights or beans on toast & strawbs.

Could you point me in the direction of the recipe thread please. I've just looked through a lot of the pages, but can't find it.
