Morning all!Consultant31 posted a 7 day menu plan on this thread for me about a week ago. I took my healthy extras along with superfrees and from what I understood from the leaflet, that's what they were suggesting.

That's not quite right, you're making it harder for yourself!! On SE you have 2xHEB 1 or 2 HEA and all superfree and free food as per EE. the difference being that superfree must be atleast two thirds or your plate. Also if a synned item has different values on each plan then you must take the highest value.
Today I will be doing EE:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - large mixed salad, dressing (3), corned beef quiche (2)
Tea - ??? I'll be at my mums. it will be SW friendly as mum is a target member.
I'll be going for a walk with mum too. Hopefully the weather will stay nice and we can get a few miles in!!0 -
:jMorning

Just had a coffee using milk from my allowance.
Will have breakfast when i'm hungry.

WM pasta in HM tomato sauce with salad. Might syn some chicken to go on top. Think hubby is missing his meat a little.
Have plenty of fruit and yoghurt for snacks and an alpen light for my 1/2B which i'll have later. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

I put on 1lb last night - not entireley sure what it was from though
Tried the pea & leek pasta from the magazine on sunday - must say it was gorgeous!
I won't write an essay today as i don't know how long the internet will hold lol
Hopefully back on to catch up properly soon
Good Luck & Well Done
P.S. does anyone have a zumba dvd they don't want any more & want to sell me? or know anyone who wants to get rid? (i don't have any computer consoles) Thanks x0 -
Morning all,
its week 3 for me at slimming world, and another 2lbs off, bringing my total to 10lbs.
i also got SOTW again, tho i think there was something up with the scales, all the looses were very low indeed, from 1/2lbs to 2lbs, i mean 2lbs would rarely if ever get you SOTW??
Anyways, i had worked really hard and stuck to the plan so i was glad to have the 2lbs off,
will stick with it and keep going.
i only follow the EE plan, and try to eat Syn free all day, then have a treat in the evenings, or before bedtime,
has worked so far, so i will hang on in there,

I'm confused! I knew that I had to syn the highest value and that I had the 2xHEB and the 1 or 2xHEA but on the leaflet that I was given it says that you can add your HE's to meals or enjoy between meals but it also says that between meals you should snack on superfrees.
I took that to mean that if you were eating your HE's between meals they should also be taken with superfrees - not that it matters too much - I'm delighted with the 5lb loss! :jA diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:

That's superb, I did it for 3-4 days and lost 1lb (offset by what I ate on the other days
)
