    .........sneaks in..........

Hi all - I posted a few times a couple of months back having just joined SW online. I then ended up in a plaster cast and all my good intentions of buying fresh food, cooking and doing exercise went out of the window! Instead my boyfriend did the cooking (which meant microwave meals and takeaway) and would bring me lots of treats home to cheer me up (chocolate and wine!).

So........what did this mean? Well, I put on over a stone

I have started again, WI today after week 1 and lost 3.5lbs! :T Just need to keep on track with the diet, as still can't exercise. Reading other peoples meal plans is really helpful, so think I will lurk regularly.

well done teecee! :T i am going to follow success express for a few days this week and see if it gets anything shifting! today's SE menu was:
    B: Oatbibix, milk, fruit (B, A)
L: SS soup (figured this is at least 2/3 superfree); Fatfree yog, fruit
    S: Veggies
D: Roasted veg and hm tomato sauce; fatfree yog and fruit with 1 Oatibix (0.5 B)

teecee do you have any tips/good menu ideas? Also is it ok to have Healthy extras as snacks on their own or do they need to be with superfree foods?

    thanks x :)

Consultant31 posted a 7 day menu plan on this thread for me about a week ago. I took my healthy extras along with superfrees and from what I understood from the leaflet, that's what they were suggesting.

That's superb, I did it for 3-4 days and lost 1lb (offset by what I ate on the other days :o)

    Today:
B: fat free Greek yog (nom nom nom), 1oz cereal (B), melon & mango
L: courgette & watercress soup, sugar free jelly (1 syn), fat free yog
D: left over curry & rice, free

Snacks: grapes. More grapes. Even more grapes. Apple. Milk (A) for tea.
    Syns: 2 Hifi bars

    Evening all
Super willpower from me today, I really wanted some chocolate but resisted by thinking I'll leave it half an hour and if I still want some, I'll have it then. I had to do this about 3 times, but managed to survive the day choc free.
I accidentally fell asleep when I got home so am now wide awake when it should be my bedtime. I don't think starting the 30 day shred DVD at 5 to 9 helped.
    Still, foodwise it's been good:
    Oats, yog, strawberries (b)
couscous with toms, cucumber and something else that I can't remember but was free
3 nectarines, a punnet of cherries and an orange
2 slices of wm toast with marmite (b)
a dessert spoon full of sesame seeds (3)
pasta with sauce made from onion, passata, capers, broccoli, olives and mozzarella (1 syn and an a)
    And that's it, 2 x b and 4 syns.

I could still have that chocolate.... maybe half a bar...??

My meal plans are all over the place the past few days so if i write them some kind people might like to push me in the right direction and keep an eye on me.

b- 2pints warm water and lemon/melon and yog
    l- salad (f) and cous cous (1)
d- potatoes mixed with quark and cheese (hexa) and fried, beans and tomatoes
    sn- peaches, banana, mugshot

lots water but not hungry for heb and this happens often. I keep saving them in case i want toast at night!! I am from old school of red and green days but still have difficulty eating hes. I do ee too but am afraid of eating too much. I know thats the wrong thinking but --

Sorry for the long post -- I think I might have to go back to class to help keep me on the straight and narrow.
In saying all this I lost 4.5 lb at own way in on Saturday, (but lots of wine on Sunday)

I made these over the weekend with from frais and they were delicious. Really indulgent I felt and free if you use Fat free FF. I didn't find them burny hot but i'm quite accustomed to spicy food so that may be why

    Zip

I made those last week and I've also used the same recipe to make kebabs with cubes of chicken breast. They're especially delicious with a dip of yogurt (2tbsps), mint (sauce 1tbsp) and sweetener to taste.
right all this bra talk I bet I'm the only one just rummaged around and half took off my bra to check the current size, the placement of the front wires etc! Then realised the blinds, though down, are not closed and if my neighbour opposite (8 yds away) is at his sink he will have had a brilliant view. Or not so brilliant, depending if you enjoy deflated boobies :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've been out for the day but managed to stay on track except for a couple of glasses of wine.
B: NAS squash, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk in teas
L: smoked fish, caviare:eek: salad (ignored crusty bread;))
D: pork & cucumber sandwich, half melon

I'll be lucky to STS this week as I've been eating out so much and I've another lunch before WI.
