Well done losers :T I'm a loser too not lbs but £s, flat tyre cost £80 then came on here and anti virus had expired so another £40  and still got to pay for sons boarding at college for pre season. Great holiday this is turning out to be.

Oh well at least food is ok:
    B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
L - cheesy potato bake [.5a], spaggy hoops, plum sauce [2?]
T - cheesy mash , toms, celery stirfried, roasted onion, spaggy hoops, egg, bbq sauce, oil [2]
Snacks - fruit salad, activia, cheese straw [2], few grapes
    Syns - 6
Yesterday was about the same eg, fruit salad & about same syns. Been invited out to pub lunchtime on Friday, not sure if its to eat or not but will only have diet cola to drink anyway.

Had fun watching workmen on the pylon today, bloke on the top looked like a meerkat most of the time but he also sat for a bit and then did push ups. Must have balls of steel to be that high up, there was another bloke on the middle arm and another on the bottom arm. Bet they get paid a decent wack for being up there among the electricity, braver than me as I'm scared of heights :rotfl:.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • I dont think you have nearly enough fruit/veg in your plan. You only have carrots, a banana and an apple. One third of your daily intake should be fruit/veg on the extra easy plan.
You should have a B choice as slimming world is a complete diet and if you miss out some of it you wont be getting all the nutrients you need.
    You also arent eating breakfast?

Thank you. I will work on increasing my fruit and veg and ive started having a weetabix for breakfast with banana - i hope that covers my B Choice?

Lost 5lb this week, just celebrated with 5 marshmallows! :D

    Morning all! I'm back!
After the hectic last week of term, the subsequent end of term celebrations and a trip to Wales for 4 days with no internet I am finally on holiday and back to normal.
Had a lovely day out yesterday (but a diet disaster) going to a really posh hotel in Manchester with 6 "ladies" from work for afternoon tea - lots of teeny sandwiches and wraps and cakes galore (think clotted cream and loads of sugar;)). It was a special one off treat and was lovely but not something I'd do every week! Don't want to see another cake for years - you can have too much of a good thing!

After the whole disaster of food during this time I have weighed this morning and have somehow managed to put on just 1lb - how?:rotfl::rotfl:

So, its back to basics for me for the rest of this week - back to sticking to the rules and actually being a SW person! I need to lose 3lbs to be back at my lowest and I don't want the long summer hols (6 weeks!) to turn into a complete failure.

    Today's food will be....
    Breakfast - banana
Lunch - big fruit salad (really fancy this), with grapes, strawberries, raspberries, satsumas, apples, bit of cheese (A choice), maybe a mullerlight
Tea - pasta with homemade sauce of tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and onions

Snacks - I have a graze box with lots of goodies so will have something yummy for about 5 syns out of that.

Exercise - walking dog for at least an hour over the day and perhaps a foray back into the dreaded Shred:eek:

Hope everyone is ok - I'm off to read up on your antics....

Thanks. TBH I ate so many let's just say em....... putting weight on is not going to be an option :rotfl:. Plums tomorrow :). Melon Thurs if I can be *rsed leaving the office to go to Mr T's.

Off to Las Iguanas for dinner Thurs night. Just been looking at the menu . Looks like salsa to start with and nothing for the main course :D. Will have what I want I think as I don't really go a bundle on chips or tortillas so I'll just try to be careful. And no pudding. Possibly one cocktail :o, but I don't like the really sweet ones. Gulp.

    :rotfl:lovely...

You've just reminded me about Las Iguanas, i'll have to visit when i go to Brighton.. i love mexican food and the cocktails!! :o i'll end up putting a stone on by the amount of food places we've got listed to visit while we're away!!

Well done all the losers - there are some fabby weight losses again this week..:T

Trying to be on track this week, it's been a bit of a struggle because i've had 3 cake orders for people at work.. that sneaky buttercream always ends up getting in my mouth :oon top of the sneaky bit of cake

But i'm going to do it today d*mn it!!

    B - 2 x toast(HEB), apple
L - spaghetti hoops, nectarine, satsuma
T - gammon, jacket potato, salad, HM coleslaw, pineapple
S - satumas, yogurt, crisps (4), milk in tea (HEA)

I have 36 cupcakes to make this evening.. and not one shall pass my lips, oh no!!:D

    Have a good day xx

    Morning all!

WW - your afternoon tea sounds delish!! mum and I were booked in for afternoon tea at the fortnum and mason marquee at Tatton Park Flower Show at the weekend. The only problem being the webiste didn't clearly state that afternoon tea wasn't served until 3pm and our table was booked for 2.30pm!! They tried to make us have the 3 course lunch for £44 instead but I was having none of it!!! Very disappointed though as we'd wanted to have it last year too but didn't realise we'd need to book so missed out then too!!! I can't even say that atleast we saved the calories as we ended up with a baguette sandwich and an ice-cream each instead!!!

    Today will be EE

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - mixed salad, dressing (1), tuna, new potatoes, yogurt if I need it
Tea - stirfried veg and noodles, cajun prawns. There will be syns involved here as I use a small amount of oil for the stirfry and also add some sauce. I'll calculate it once I know what I've used!
Snacks - I have a satsuma and an apple, neither of which I like but I stayed at Mum's last night and thats all she had in!

I'm hoping to go for a walk tonight, Mum and I did about 45mins last night but at a ridiculously fast pace. It would have been a good 3 miles!!!

Oh and sorry for TMI but I feel the need to share!! I really need some dynorod action!!! I'm soooo bloated and uncomfortable!!

Oooh just thought, I have a pack of this spicy rice stuff in the cupboard. I might do that instead of noodles for a change.

Well done on your loss! You can have 2 weetabix as your B choice. Or do what i do and have 1 in the morning for breakfast and an Alpen Light bar later in the day with a cuppa:D Really hits the spot for sweet cravings.

    Hi all,

Just thought I should share with you all my good work last week, 3lb off :) I did gain 1lb back when I attended a wedding on Saturday but that's gone again now.

This week I want to lose 1lb at least.

I have a quick question re costa coffee food, I had a pasta salad in there yesterday which had a little bit of oil in it, the packaging said it had 360 calories, how many syns would that be? I had a green day by the way

    Cheers all :)
