    Evening everyone!
I'm really tired tonght, am just trying to get through the week and then I've got 2 weeks annual leave. I know that I should do my shred dvd but I just want a nice bath and my bed. Been craving chocolate tonight, which hasn't been helped by my delivery from Ethical Superstore where I get my loo rolls and washing up liquid etc from, and I always get a couple of bars of Divine orangey chocolate added to my wholemeal couscous. I'm not sure where I am with my syns today though so I'd better not, especially as I'm out tomorrow and Friday. I think tomorrow will be ok but Friday is Prezzo and the expectation that plenty of wine will be drunk. Hey, you have to let your hair ddown sometimes though, and I've been as good as gold this week!!
    So, today's green menu:
    toast with marrmite (b)
    Apple, orange
wm pasta with lemon juice, basil and salt and pepper
    cherry toms
    banana
punnet from my graze box (I'm guesstimating 8 sysn for this one)
Linda McCartney canneloni (again, no idea of syns but the lasagne is 3 and the only difference is that the pasta's in tubes rather than being flat, so I'll say the same)
    milk in tea (a)
I should have another b, so might have some ryvita with sliced cucumber on later

Off to run a big bubble bath and try not to feel guilty about not exercising today or yesterday. I'll make up for it next week when I'm off... promise!!!

I am trying to get and understanding of the differences between EE red and green. IS there a simplish way of deciding what is right for me please? I do eat meat so I read about the red plan but I can't understand now whats the difference between this and EE and why I'd go for one over the other sorry...

On EE you can freely eat potatoes/rice/pasta along with your meat as long as you have 1/3rd superfree throughout your meals/day.
However you only get 1 A and 1 B choice throughout the day.

On red you dont need to have 1/3rd superfree, but you dont get to eat pasta/rice/potatoes unless you syn them or have them as your B choice. You get 2A and 2B choices through the day.

TakeItEasy - hope you've had a wee now! Don't hold on too long - it can cause problems.

Well, yesterday was ok apart from a small(ish) bar of white chocolate scoffed last night - much better than recently though - lots of F&V and fresh air. Must be good for you?

Today looks a bit like this....
    Breakfast - banana
Lunch - little bit of leftover pasta, grapes and satsumas
Tea - mexican bake with cheese on top (A choice)

I guarantee that syns will creep in somewhere (probably in the form of something from the graze box).

Gardening, cleaning and dog walking should help burn off a few naughties !

following this weeks good weight loss I tried the Evans size 14 jeans on again - they are looking good! I'm not happy about the muffin top - but I'm hoping a few more weeks on plan will sort that problem!

This time last year I was wearing Evans jeans - a very snug size 22!

The size 18's are getting very baggy, and despite being very comfy may have to be binned sometime soon.....

I LOVE NSV's as somebody called them..
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
