Bravissimo is a shop that's been recommended to me by a few people, they do proper measuring and are geared toward generously chested women. Mine have definitely deflated with weight loss, shame really as they were my best asset. And I CANNOT sort out what bra size to buy. According to online things I should now be a 36 B but honestly, no way! I ambled into La Senza the other week and a young girl asked if she could help, when I told her about the 36B tale she glanced at my knockers and her eyes widened in disbelief. She packed me off into the dressing room with a handful (handful!) of bras and said she'd be surprised if any of them fit. She wasn't surprised. Everything is either gaping or gives me a double boob, horrible. So any advice welcome. (there's not a Bravissimo near here)

I can't work out my bra size either, clothes size says should be 36b but makes me spill out everywhere and dig in across back. I usually wear 38b and am thinner than when I went to class couple years ago. Then I WAS 36b so can't work it out, surely if I'm thinner then bra should be smaller not bigger :p. I'd love a boob job, not to make bigger but to reinflate them :rotfl:.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Evening all!
I've also heard that Bravissimo are good for bras. I used to wear a c cup, and didn't think it was quite right so went to get measured and came out as an F! I phoned my best friend to tell him and he said 'Oh Annie darling, F cup heaven!!' I shall be secretly disappointed if my boobs shrink!
I've had a good weekend, did level 2 of the shred today, and although it was hard I can see it will get easier as I go along.
Anyway, my green day was like this:
granola, yog and fruit (6 syns)
    beans on toast (b)
weetabix, milk and strawberries (a and b)
spinach and potato curry with tamarind quinoa (about 4 syns for the quinoa)
    and fruit for snacks.

I'm feeling a bit peckish now so might go and find an apple or something.....

I'd suggest you try a 36c or maybe even d. If the cup is too small not only will you have double boobs but it will tighten it up across the front meaning it will pull on the back also.

I'm very lucky I have a Fantasie factory shop near me - £26 yesterday for a swimming cossie that retails at £65

I've lost over 3 stone in a year 4 months and at target - but would like to lose another 9lbs which would make me a size 13ish

That's me a size 13ish:D 14s are getting a bit baggy but I can't confidently buy just any size 12. I'm about 3lbs from target but planning to go for an extra half stone to just give me a buffer. I was talking to our consultat this week about this 'slowing up when you get close to target' business. She was adamant it was a myth and it's just because by then you've been doing SW for a long time and getting a bit complacent/bad habits etc. She said all you need to do is make sure you follow the plan to the letter. Easy???

Can I just ask, when M&S measure you do you have to take your bra off, or do they measure with it on?? I would love to know my proper size but am always put off with the thought of standing semi naked and being measured.

I don't know about M&S but I use a local independent bra shop. What they do is ask you what size you think you are, what styles you fancy, colour etc then bring bras that size. They have a look at you in that and then work from there by bringing others. It's not always about the actual size but different brands/styles often suit different people better. Obviously not all fitters work in the same way but I think it's well worth a little bit of embarassment to get a well-fitting bra. It makes a huge difference to how your clothes look on you. I should just bite the bullet susie;)

I was measured in M&S a couple of weeks ago. She measured me over my existing bra then went to get some bras for me to try.

She was full of useful infformation - apparently if you but 2 bras in the same size and style but one is black - the black one will be slightly smaller - it's to do with shrinkage and the uptake of the dye!

She knew which styles were more generous - and I came away with 2X 40DD's and 1X 40E!..... I went in wearing a 40G!

I have always found that la senza come up extremely small. and when returning some bras last year the sales lady did tell me i should of bought bras at least one size up from my regular size because of this.

    ok food today;

    b - 2 alpen light, strawberrys
l - veg pasta, yogurt, satsumas

    snack - quavers (4.5)

dinner - might make sw wegdes with quorn sausages and beans.

oh i went to asda yesterday and they are doing the quorn lamb grills or the quorn best ever sausages for £1
also in their new magazine they have a coupon for 30p off weight watchers bread.

I have the bra issue too.. i went to M&S at the start of this year and got measured (she wasn't great) but 6 months later i went to buy some bras in the same size and they didn't fit - yet my old ones still do

I spent an hour in there trying on all different styles and brands and none fitted properly.. i gave up in the end!

Does the old way of measuring work for anyone? I measured my back and added 2 inches on like it said for back size, then added cup sizes up and ended up with a 40B or something - just ridiculous.. then the M&S woman said i was a 38E/F..

I love Bravissimo but our nearest one is 30 miles away :(

    Hi all,
I had a busy week last week and despite starting well I completely went off the rails at the end and then last night drank copious amounts of cava!!

This morning has also been a poor start as I started with 28g of Honey nut corn flakes! Don't know why, just fancied something sweet. I haven't looked up the syn value yet.

I am just finding it difficult to motivate myself but I did have two short walks with DH and the dog at the weekend.

If I could lose some weight by following the plan I think I would feel more motivated. I am doing this by paying for an online subscription and other than all you lovely people have never met anyone else who is doing SW.
business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527
