Hello,
Hope you dont mind we popping into this thread. Joined SW 10 days ago, first weigh in lost 5lb so very happy. This week I am struggling a little.
Does anyone have any suggestions for low syn chocolate ideas. Time of month and all i can think about is chocolate biscuits. Poor i know but.......
Also as i am just dipping in quick on a break, is this the best place for forum chat about SW. Bit disappointed their website doesn't have message boards. (Used to be a WW candidate!! )
Thank you everyone

Freddie/Freddo frogs are good as solid chocolate and think they are 5.5 syns. Curly Wurly is another popular choice and think that is also around 5.5
I have mikado - they are thin sticks of biscuit dipped on chocolate and are half a syn each and you buy them in boxes.0 -

Hi All
I am in need of some advice - has anyone made the syn free meringues? I made them on Wednesday night and they were delicious. Put the ones I didn't eat in a tupperware clip on lid container (so airtight) and the recipe says will keep for 7 days. Opened the tub so I could have my treat tonight and they are soft and squishy and horrible!
What went wrong?
I am so upset as only big bars of choc in fridge (my OH's) and I am not the kinda girl who can just have half, but I need a sweet treat!
