  • Hi again

    Just saw this on minimins:

Muller Light Yogurts - The GOOD NEWS & the BAD NEWS

From August 1st Muller is re-branding and reformulating all the Mullerlight flavours to make them thicker and creamier.

The BAD NEWS..... some syn values will be affected!

The GOOD news ...... Because Muller know how much we love and rely on their free yogurts as part of Food Optimising they are in the process of changing the recipes for 5 flavours that contain syns to make them Syn Free or lower in syns. We'll keep you posted on this!

The Mullerlight flavours that are still FREE are ..... Cherry, Orange sprinkled with dark choc, Raspberry and Cranberry, Strawberry, Toffee, Vanilla, Vanilla sprinkled with dark choc, Coconut with dark choc sprinkles (available Aug 1st)

The Muller light flavours that are/will NOT be free are.....
Vanilla with dark choc and black cherry underlayer - 1.5 syns
Banana and Custard - 1 syn
    Mandarin - 0.5 syns
Peach and Pineapple - 0.5 syns
    Rhubarb - 0.5 syns
Lemon Cheesecake 1 syn (no mention of the other cheesecake flavours in the 6 pack but assume 1 syn unless advised) Mango and Passionfruit 0.5 syns

These changes are valid from 1st August

    Evening all!

Well today has been quite good I think (food wise) I'm still pooping like a trooper, sorry if your behind me in the queue at ASDA/Cash machine/Etc!

Breakfast: Usual (bran flakes and milk)
Lunch: Some of the HUGE watermelon that I bought yesterday and one Light Alpen Bar
Snacks: Peach, 3 x satsumas, banana
Dinner: SW chips and chicken with sweetcorn (not sure if sweetcorn is free or not)

On a very good note...... I tried on a pair of jeans on this morning and managed to get them on! I couldnt do this a week ago so something is happening! Ok, ok, I may have a 'muffin top' but I got the things on! Woo Hoo

    Hiya everyone

Long time no see! I will scroll back to find newbies () and catch up on the regulars news ( a mammoth task)

Well I got back from my holiday and was a bit horerified that I looked a bit too thin. I did eat a lot of syns in America and then when I got back. My scales battery has ran out so i need to get a new one. Ive deffo put on but not that much really. None of my clothes are too tight or anything but noticed I am a lot more tired and crabby now i have been partaking in way too many syns. Have been having many of the old reliable SW meals as thats how we cook now so not tooo bad overall. :D

So after 6 weeks off Ill be back on the wagon on Monday I think, but again, struggling to maintain. So Ill try again. Ho Hum!

Anyway hope everyone is well and have been continuing to be TOTAL LOSERS in my absense. I really must get myself some new smilies :D

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

  • Wow... some great losses this week, I'm so jealous - I always lose 3-4lbs a week and then have (HAVE!) to go on a night out or something which always ends up in a lot of vodka and the inevitable hangover pizza and putting it all back on!!! :( Go on holiday for threeee whole weeks in the middle of August so I'm ON IT from now on... managed to resist the massive pile of hot bacon baguettes provided at a work event, despite having to sit next to them for an hour and a half! Planning to make some soup... probably sweet potato and carrot - is soup definitely free? I know fruit smoothies aren't allowed but does that apply to blitz veg as well?! Anyone got any good ideas of what else to sneak in it? I may add some pepper despite not liking it... I'm hoping the taste will be disguised by the sweet potato!!!

WELCOME BACK MRS. M !! SO sorry to hear of your loss. It's very strange but the day my own lovely Mum died I had told her that a relative was coming from Ireland. The relative got there and five minutes later Mum passed away. I'm sure she had hung on because she knew someone was coming a very long way to see her (she always put other people first!!!) It was a VERY long time ago, she was only 46 and I was 27 but your story brought it back to me. xx

Good evening ladies -and wootball :D

Thanks for the lovely thoughts re: mil everyone,

Well I thought I would come n shout about the nsvs I got whilst away -then I can get back to my normal blather in the morning (bet you have all really missed knowing what Im eating :rotfl:)
So then first things first...the last time I got on a plane I had to fasten the belt on its longest setting and wedge it under my fatta podge *well I wasn't asking for an extender* :o ... this time I tootled down the aisle -twas only a 54 seater and I didn't slap folks in the ear with my "rear end excess baggage" this time :p -got to my seat and pulled my seat belt to its longest before I sat down... sat down and fastened my belt and PULLED it and I had about 8" of belt to spare :j -it is sooooo lucky that they make you fasten your belt before take off because I bounced up n down in my seat so much, had we been in the air they would have thought we were losing an engine :rotfl: ..... then came the "tray of doom" now last time I couldn't get it down more than about 45 degrees -so no drinky poo for me.... not only does it now drop flat BUT I had to slide it out about 3" to come up to me :D -so I had a drink just because I could use my tray :rotfl:*was worth the £3 for the wazzy cuppa*

Then when we got to the hospital some of hubbies extended family seemed a bit off and I just assumed it was due to the stress.... well when sil came home later she told me that as soon as we left there was "talk" about how come hubby had got divorced and remarried without telling anyone  -they thought I was someone else
Ooooh and finally for now, after the funeral everyone went to the village pub for a send off and I was looking after my 9 month old nephew and took him outside for some air -well there was no baby swing and next thing I know I have plonked myself on a normal swing -and it didn't even dig in :p -I think I enjoyed the swing more than bubba :D
So despite the sad reason for our journey I had some serious "wow" moments .....
I have also realised that I will be able to stay at target once I get there -trust me after the last 2 weeks and managing to STS - it should be a doddle ;)

right thats enough of my shameless self back patting - but I had to share, because all of you have helped me achieve them :grinheart
Right Im off to bed and I will get back to my proper posting in the morning...
sleep well all and keep up the great work...
