You can have chicken as a B choice on green if you want. Means you still get your 2 A choices.
Yeah i never know whether to have two As , to me the book suggests you have two Bs and one or two As.

if i was doing green it would be a non meat day so i could have two Bread/cereal Bs.:)

I have a cottage cheese spanish omelette type sort of thing in the oven, see how that turns out.

Annie - you poor thing! Aer you very strict with monitoring everything that goes into your mouth? Do you leave yourself hungry? Do you exercise as well? Do you normally eat plenty of superfrees?x

I monitor everything, I've recently started exercising and no, I'm never hungry, I eat so much fruit it keeps me full-ish.
I'm on medication and wonder whether that might have something to do with it, will ask next time I go to the Drs.

    Hi All,

Another newbie here! Seem to be an influx of us all lately. I hope you don't mind us all arriving.

I have done Weight Watchers (hope thats not classed as swearing!) in the past and lost 4 stone but I have put 2 back on and couldn't get my head round the new WW plan so I have lurked on here for the past 3 weeks and decided to join.

Menu for yesterday and today are below, could some kind soul look over them and tell me where I'm going wrong (as I'm sure I am!)

    Yesterday:

    Breakfast: Bran Flakes and milk
    Snack: 3 x satsumas
Lunch: Turkey wrap with cucumber, lettuce, Muller Light
Snack: 3 x satsumas and a Latte (syn this?)
Dinner: Turkey Fajitas and lots of veg

    Today
    Breakfast: Bran flakes and milk
Snack: Latte x 2 (syn these?)
    Lunch: Batchelor Pasta pot
Snack: 6 x satsumas (hope these don't have an adverse effect on me. LOL)
Dinner: remaining turkey fajita from yesterday and Muller light. oh and another 2 x satsumas.

    Would appreciate all feedback.

    Hello
Tiny slip up in the chocolate department today, but apart from that it's been good. I'm still not losing any weight tho, I've lost 10lbs in total and it's taken absolutely months and months.
    Green here as ever:
    oats, berries and yog (b)
    pasta and mixed bean salad
tons of fruit and gallons of water
toast with cow cheese (a and b)
    ahem, a Terry's choc orange bar (10.5) and a curly whirly (6?) = 16.5 syns
not sure about dinner, might not fancy anything later, will see how I feel.

Out for lunch tomorrow but I know they do a nice range of salads.
Am seriously considering giving this up as I'm not getting anywhere and it's depressing.

Going to think about doing 30 day shred dvd, might put me in a better mood.

Eta: I haven't eaten chocoalte for weeks, I don't normally scoff like that and then complain that I'm not losing weight. It's * week and the choc monster was calling.

you are not the only one to fall foul of the chocolate monster in *week - I had 1/4 of a pak of those button things with caramel in - I put it through the syns calc - 1/4 pack was about 13 syns I think!;):o

Must say medication has been the main reason for me putting weight on - and for my 4 lbs I've lost, ive cycled 6 days out of 7, swam, done pilates and walked a few miles . Drink loads of water and see how the exercise goes? Im no expert - im just trying to be helpful and encouraging.

Have you googled the name of your medication and losing weight - to see what comes up?

Off out for a walk now. Chin up.

When you say fruit keeps you full-ish - could you maybe squeeze another small meal in or split your meals into smaller portions to eat more regularly? Just thinking out loud.

Hey all, been a busy few days. Was at work on Monday and suddenly decided i was gonna join SW.......so i went to the local meeting down the road. Hopefully like most of you i will have lost something by weight in next week.

Have got off to a slow start as didnt begin till tuesday plus am trying to do EE on the food i have in the house. Am still a bit confused about what i can and cant eat and when food that is 'free' or A/B becomes a syn but hopefully i will pick it up. Also i dont really have cereal, milk, bread, cheese (unless its pizza) so finding it hard to have my HEA and HEB

Quick question, 'grab on the go' food in the book says 6 x Laughing cow extra light triangles is a HEA. does that mean i can or would have to have all six for it to be a HEA otherwise its a syn???????????

i had two today with two ryvita dark as my HEA and HEB...is that ok?

Come on Take it easy we all have times like this. You are so supportive to everyone else so take your own advice. You've got to target and I for one know how easy it is to slip back so DON'T DO IT!! See you on tha tank xx

I knew I should have kept checking in here daily. You're all such a support. Unfortunately I didn't get that support from the group i joined - not a group actually, just a weigh in, and more often than not it wasn't the consultant behind the desk when I got there. All the talk of "I'll be on your case if you don't turn up or if you aren't shifting for a few weeks" was just talk. The last time I went she had "nipped out to get something" and I mentioned I was surprised she hadn't been in touch, given I'd been the same for weeks now and was needing some inspiration or tough love ... but nothing. So I gave
    up, knowing i wouldn't maintain.

And suddenly I started to put it on big time. I'd lost 12 pounds that time but when I weighed in at a lovely new grouup, with a proper support group of 'image therapy' tonight, I've put lots of that back on. (Admittedly I ate lots today, wore my heavy jeans and kept my shoes on ... hoping for a good loss in my first week back on to boost my spirits!)

So I've restarted with a new club 10 target and a new book. I would love to get back below my 'magic stone mark' before my holiday in a couple of weeks. But hopefully I'll shift it quicker this time and meet some fun new folk on an evening social in the process! I look forward to catching up on your posts and seeing how you're all doing. Thanks for having me back!
