This is a meal plan that SW produced a few years ago, Hope it helps :)

Thanks Consultant31! I've been having a look at the leaflet and was starting to get myself slightly confused as some items listed as Healthy A on Extra Easy become B on Red/Green/Success Express so I definitely need guidance!! :o
A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!! :(
    Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!

    Evening!
I'm feeling better today after last night's bleugh, although have realised that I've got lunch out with my team on Thursday so will have to be super careful again!
I've set myself a target of getting to 11st 7 by Christmas, I'm currently 13st 12 so hopefully it's not an impossible challenge. I've done the shred again today and actually found that level one was easier than it was last time, so I think I'll do it a couple more times then try level 2.
So, green for me, and no syns as I was makng up for last night.
    Oats, berries, yog (b)
    pasta with mixed beans
a punnet of apricots, 2 nectarines and 2 apples
    jacket potato with cottage cheese
    half a melon
toast with rearing vache cheese (b and half an a)
Cup of tea (other half of the a)

Feeling great after exercise and a shower, happy days!!!

right, I must concentrate now and try to reach my next target, 1 lb a week and it should take me 6 weeks. CONCENTRATE WOMAN. 1 lb off tonight is a start, as long as it doesn't go on again in the week, 2 meals out and a picnic (but i'll take my own stuff to the picnic)

Salad dressing: I quite like worcestershire sauce splashed over salad lately, soy sauce is nice too. Both free and give a slightly different taste. I think the low fat/vlf "mayo" is just disgusting.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Thank Maman and CyclingYorkie. This explains it very well. I would need to update my Breakfast to make it SW friendly.

I have also received the CD I ordered from Ebay which has all the details I would need. :-)

I have eaten the following today.

Usual breakfast (Not counted the exact syns yet but atleast 10) with semiskimmed milk (150 ml - 0.6 HEA) and banana (free)
Lunch: 2 wholemeal bread slices(HEB) with courgette/ onion stirfry in EV olive oil (2) as the filling
Dinner: Leek, Broccoli and Potato soup with a bit of butter (1)
Snacks: Apple/Pear/Plum/Cherries/2 tbsp of homemade yogurt made with semi skimmed yogurt (0.5)
    Drinks: 1.25 l water, 2 green teas, 1 Tea with milk(0.4 HEA)

    Total syns: 13.5

In my defence, I didn't have all the information of how much comprises a portion of HEs. I have got the CD now ao hopefully will do better tomorrow

Have also invested in a digital kitchen scale now to replace my old ones as this measures down to a gram so I can start measuring accurately from tomorrow

Been to WI and I've STS so happy with that as it's not been a good week.

    well done you!

In the end I put on half a pound - but a combination of PMT, * week and feeling sniffly and bleuch means I can cope with it.

Hopefully next week will be better!:money:

    Looks good to me guns.

I have been sticking to mainly red days for a while now, with the odd EE and green and my weight loss has been naff lately, so this week I have done more EE and WI today and lost 2.5lb :T Well chuffed. I definately think the change kick starts the body into losing again, so going to stick to more EE days again for another week, then may try and do more green. I only have 1 more lb to my target I just hope I don't have a gain next week or I am liable to KILL someone :rotfl:

Morning everyone. Can I ask a question. A friend talked about the dangers of drinking too much water. I drink an awful lot of water, always have. But I have read about it now and made a point of only drinking a max of 5 pints yesterday normally at least 8 throughout day. eg I already have 2 pints of warm water with lemon before peaches and yog (b) this morning. Is there anyone else drinking lots of water and always have?
