Does anyone know of any salad dressings which are free - i.e less that 40 kcal/ 100ml?
So far I have found the Kraft low fat French.

Hi all,
I have just dug out all my slimming world bumph (was previously an online member). I'm thinking of trying the EE plan, which I never did before, but I'm struggling slightly to get my head around it.
Am I right in thinking that the main difference with EE is that you can only choose one HEA and one HEB?
It just seems too good to be true, to have for example, both rice and meat as free food!
Do people find they lose less weight with EE?0 -

We were told in group that you can split a HEB if it's just one thing - so you could split 42g of All-Bran and have it with another half of a HEB so you could mix it with half a 28g portion of Alpen High Fibre.
But we were also told that where a healthy B is comprised of 2 parts - eg porridge oats and a scan bran then they should not be split and you have to eat it all - otherwise it is syns.
I'm sure you're right cyclingyorkie, as I hadn't checked any weights. On reflection I think OP might be better off substituting a lot of the dried stuff for something like frozen berries or fresh fruits.0 -

Kraft also do an Italian dressing and Lidl do one in the Linea range. I think they both come in at under 40 cal. Personally I quite like balsamic vinegar drizzled over salad leaves.0
