Ingredients
1 prune half a syn for semi-dried
half apricot 1.5 syns for 2
half Fig
1 Date 2
half Banana free
A pinch of cinammon powder free
10 gram Sunflower seeds 28g is 8 syns
10 gram Pumpkin Seeds same as sunflower
6 Almonds 3
150 ml semi - skimmed Milk. part HEA
3 tablespoons Ready Brek oats HEB
1 tablespoon raisins 4syns for 28g
Almonds and seeds are soaked overnight and then everything except the last 2 are blended in the morning. Then I add oats ands raisins to the mixture and eat as a cereal. This gives me lots of energy in the morning.

Sorry I forgot to look up the fig but it will depend on whether dried or fresh. At a quick calculation, it looks like you might be having most of your syns for breakfast but then if that's what gets you going and you can manage without treats later then go for it!!0 -

Starving today after spin and pump last night.. but I feeeeel gooood..
Not too sure what today is going to be but so far
B= wm toast, poached egg and beans
Snack have fruits and yog
L= chicken and veggies leftovers
Snack more fruit, poss cheese to get HEA
Tea (about 8.30!) Stir fried veggies after thaiboxing class and yoghurt before bed

l - cottage cheese, 2 pagens (4), 2 satsumas, mullerlight

Oats can only be half a HEB - 28g oats + 1 scan/oat bran or 1 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread.
We were told in group that you can split a HEB if it's just one thing - so you could split 42g of All-Bran and have it with another half of a HEB so you could mix it with half a 28g portion of Alpen High Fibre.
But we were also told that where a healthy B is comprised of 2 parts - eg porridge oats and a scan bran then they should not be split and you have to eat it all - otherwise it is syns.
eta - juliejim - hope today goes okay - I too am dreading weigh-in today - it's * week and i know I've put on. The fact that there is an excuse doesn't make it any easier..:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Morning All
WI last night & lost 1lb
Must be Zumba - as i had really sh***y days on mon & tues!
Mum lost 4lbs - she was well pleased
Aim for this week is to not over do my syns for rest of week - meals all planned & not planned in my Heb so i can have those as my late night munchies!
Zumba tonight - although it will be on my own as my mates boiler has broken & won't be able to shower afterwards!
I am drinking alot more water recently - my hayfever is bad atm and my throat is constantly dry - water & anything else doesn't seem to be working - already drunk 500mls water & 2 coffees so far!
Green day today
B - Peach & strawbs & total 0% yog
L - Quorn Chilli & LO new pots
D - HM Mexican bean soup with 5 scan bran (heb) or might even have some crackerbread or pagens
S - Milk in coffee (hea) 2 Alpen light (heb) cherries, for my syns will have a double decker (1/2 duo bar) for 9 syns (need to check!)

Morning all,
My Tesco delivery has been so I have FOOD yay!
Today's plan is Green
B-1/2 fat free Onken yogurt and fruit
L- cheese sandwich(hea,heb) leftover tomato pasta with broccoli and salad. There's only a little pasta left.
D-chilli and garlic veggie stir fry with noodles.
Snacks- fruit, blue ribband (5 1/2 syns) with a cuppa tonight.
I've filled a huge jug with sugar free squash and plan to drink it through the day.
I'm off to Zumba tonight so am saving my other heb for toast when I get back in.
