Hi folks, back of my holidays and reporting with (I think) 3lb gain which is bl**dy marvellous after 2 weeks of eating and drinking whatever took my fancy :rotfl: which is bl**dy marvellous after 2 weeks of eating and drinking whatever took my fancy :rotfl:
This week is a little......erm.....awkward! I got off to a bad start today as I overslept  stoopid alarm clock went on the blink and I wandered downstairs thinking I had lots of time to find I had 15mins to get out of the house  So half a cup of tea, no brekkie (mascara took priority:rotfl:), no lunch:( I did grab some fruit though and a bottle of water :A
I'm going to run behind the tank and just try making sensible choices this week, I need to eat out of the storecupboard this week - 2 weeks to payday and I have a very heavy weekend coming up (mates big birthday and I'm staying over with a few mates from school so it could get very messy!!!) (mates big birthday and I'm staying over with a few mates from school so it could get very messy!!!)
I'll be living off Quorn sausages and veg from the lotty for evening meals so I'll have to hope for the best I think *prays*
I've not had chance to catch up yet but Well Done to all the losers - especially you Mags :T:T:T0

Enjoy the dog-sitting dizzy, if not the sofa surfing. I hope it's a comfortable one.blackberry-rum wrote: »I just had a terrible urge for healthy SW type food. Does this happen to other people when they've been bad, whether intentionally or just no choice? I find it happens more and more to me.
I know where you're coming from, I'm especially desperate in restaurants where amount of veg with meals is minimal. The other thing I noticed was that having had a roast with a cheeseboard yesterday lunchtime:o I didn't eat another thing for the rest of the day. It was as if my stomach can cope with any amount of SW food but was saying 'enough' after the restaurant stuff. It wasn't a carvery and quite a small portion in comparison to the roast I serve at home but I still feel a bit sick after eating it (roast, yorkshire, gravy, horseradish and loads of cheese).WelshWoofer wrote: »In a way, the gain has done me good - I was at target and was in danger of going back to the old bad habits (things were starting to slip). This has given me a reality check - I don't want to end up back where I started.
Those are wise and useful words WelshWoofer. As I'm close to target I've been thinking of whether the SW way of eating is really firmly in my psyche or whether I'd revert? I'll think of you when I'm tempted.:)
Firmly back on the wagon today although I'm feeling a bt queasy. EE as usual:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, strawberries, HEA milk
L: lentil & veg soup and perhaps a satsuma Philly pasta with bacon and mushrooms Philly pasta with bacon and mushrooms
I've got another buffet thing to go to tonight (hopefully the last this term) but I'm taking crudites and a mint & yogurt dip and I'll just stick to that unless anyone else brings anything SW friendly.0

            Happy Monday Y'all..
After a saugage and cider fuelled weekend.. I am a. not drinking all week, b. sticking to the programme and c. punishing myself by spin followed by pump tonight :-(... sounds harse but this is only week 2!!!
Green day today and I premade a potato n chickpea curry to share with a SW pal at work.. and have "rediscovered" dry stirfried veggies for tea... I can eat loads without too many syns (sweetchilli and soy sauce only )..mega yummy..
All green will be odd tho as I tend to be carb shy (not totally cut out but limited)
I have failed before with SW but perhaps didnt portion control so have a fresh perpective as so many people I know really do get good results and you are all well, just great x
 Have a good week
Love Not so much of a lurker Shazzle xx0
