I think they're a northern irish crisp! Corner shops? Made by perri. I heart them.

. I don't know how long it keeps for as it's average lifespan is usually between 30 minutes and 2 days. It's all gone by then as most people seem to like it :rotfl:

reminds me of a racing car - 0 to 60 in 3 seconds.....only it will be plate to stomach in 3 seconds :o:D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

thanks for the recipe, sounds lovely & just the ticket for PMT cravings ;)

    Evening all

Yesterday I made a big pot of SW veggie chilli sauce that can be used as chilli or pasta topping. I made enough for 5 meals which is fab. Also today I've made a big batch of SW celery soup :) about 3 days worth. Tryign to use up bits from my freezer and cupboards before i move in 3weeks.

    Green day today:

B - HM WM bread (HEB), Lf marg (0.5syns), 2 x eggs fried in frylight
L - HM veggie chilli sauce, pasta, cheese (HEA)
D - roast spuds (HEB for olive oil), stuffed peppers (with couscous and cheese - HEA), peas, green beans, yorkshires (3syns)
Snacks - pineapple, melon, jelly (0.5syns)
Drinks - coffee, fruit tea, dietcoke, water, squash

    Total syns - 4syns

May well have a kitkat later (5.5syns) if peckish

Oh also, today i popped to home Bargains and at the till they had those new Cadburys Chocos. I picked up a pack and had a look at the info, they are 250 calories per pack  that's approx 12.5syns for a tiny amount of chocolate! Before SW I would have happily chucked a pack in my basket and munched them on way home without even thinking. Weirdly this time round on SW it feels like something has clicked in my head. On Fri i turned down pizza (and not just pizza, a Dominos) and went for the more SW friendly veggie curry and rice instead :D. Pizza is my favourite dish so this was a hige deal!

As for the Poo Fairies.....I think they are on strike Dunno.gif they let me down BIG time last week again the nasty little sods
I'm currently sat eating a mahoooooosive dish of sprouts in an effort to produce a magic sausage today :o:rotfl: (Ive run out of Dyno Rod so its the next best thing in the freezer)
    that made me SNORT! :D

Don't forget that if you are eating bananas that aren't ripe they errrm, bung you up. Also, strawberries eaten in large quantities have the same effect as the dyno rod soup on me. I think this may be universal as I remember my mum's bitter complaints after we lost my baby sister in a "pick your own" strawberry field once. Apparently the nappy end was not pleasant to deal with for a day or so after :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
SO DID THAT! just the idea of it ... :D

Hi, More777, I'm not sure you can buy the book as it is part of your "starting package" when you enrol in a class. It does hold all the info you need. Total enrolment fee is something like £10 including one class, the joining fee, and a whole package of books, and the into talk from the consultant. You don't have to go to class ever again if you don't want to, opinions are divided re going to class and going it alone. I personally need class to keep me on my toes, I am too weak willed. You can get more info from Slimming World online without being a member, suggested menus etc.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Well, I weighed in yesterday and have put on 1.5lbs:mad:
It's totally deserved and all my own work!
After a bonkers week consisting of an interview and subsequent promotion :j, still not getting on with OH (something's about to give I think:() and having to drive to Wales to collect Mum's dog to babysit while she's on holiday (5 hour trip) I have gone totally off track.

In a way, the gain has done me good - I was at target and was in danger of going back to the old bad habits (things were starting to slip). This has given me a reality check - I don't want to end up back where I started.

So, tomorrow's food is prepared and ready to take to work....

Breakfast - Fibreplus bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - pagen rolls (B choice) with LC extra lights (A choice), strawberries, grapes, 2 satsumas
Tea - large baked potato with beans and cheese

For exercise there's plenty of dog walking to be done.....

So there's no syns in there but I'm sure I'll "manage" to fit some in!

I am officially back on the tank! Dizzy, strap me in!
