  • Hello all i have just joined i suppose is the right way to put it.
    Anyway i have been attending class since March, lost a stone and
    half but now my will power has deserted me and could really use some support if you would be so kind. I have been following you for a while
    so feel as though i know you.

    Good morning Lovelies !!!!

    EE day for me today I think, and I'm determined to fight to PMT fairies with every ounce of will power possible :A

    I went to bed at 8.30 ish last night (as far away from the fridge as possible:o) very grumpy and ready to eat everything that wasn't nailed down :eek::eek::eek: managed to stop myself with a choccie option drink & a good talking to and a cuddle from MrD (bless him) but I rather think its got something to do with the fact that golf is on the telly ALL WEEKEND :think::whistle:and he will want a quiet life to :rotfl:watch it

    Anyhoo todays menu is looking like this

    B lots of strawbs/rasbs & a yog

    L omlette & ham, beans & tinned toms, mushrooms.

    snacks strawbs/satsumas

    T sirloin steak, SW chips, mushrooms, cauli with grilled HEA mad cows.



    HEB toffee oaty Bar

    choccie option 2 pagen x2=4 Jam 2 maybe another options drink to keep the fairies away ? total 10

    I'm looking forward to catching up with this thread and getting some inspiration. I am a target member but about 14 pounds off my actual target weight!!! so lots of work to be done! I got the new mag at class this week so I am looking forward to reading that over the weekend and planning my menus for the next couple of weeks. Certainly when I plan, I seem to stick to it better. I'm also a red/green girl and struggle with extra easy :(

    Out of interest, have any of you who attend a group been able to get your paws on the extra easy summer cookbook ? I ordered it the moment my consultant mentioned about it but she is still waiting for stocks.... there was an offer that if you bought a 12 week countdown, you got the book free I think but you could also buy it for £4.95 (if i remember correctly).

    I don't usually keep a food diary, apart from in my head. But seeing other peoples diarys, I thought perhaps if I put exactly what I ate on here on a daily basis (apart from the days when I'm working long days) it might make me more focused, and any input would be appreciated.
    So here goes,
    Yesterday :
    2 x weetabix & ss milk, cup of tea.
    nectarine
    2 x boiled eggs 1 slice toast with a scrape of spread.
    cous cous & salad ( toms, cuc, celery, pepper & lettuce leaves) chicken.
    2 x ff activia
    Pineapple
    Already seeing that I am sadly lacking in fruit yesterday!

    Morning all!

    Didn't come on here yesterday due to sleep deprivation after seeing the midnight showing of Harry Potter! Planned morning sleep didn't happen cos i had to take DD2 to the doctors with an ear infection!:mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Am eating fine but the poo fairy has gone on her holdays! i've had 2 days of Dynorod soup and even a chilli one day - and still feel bloated and swollen......

    It may be PMT week - but after the last 2 months I have no real idea where i am in that regard.

    Aim for today - given the weather is dire - is to drink loads of water and eat lots of speed soup and fruit! I was banned from drinking anything on thursday due to DD1 not wanting to be embarrassed if i had to leave the cinema to go to the loo! i haven't walked for 24 hours but I will go for a walk tonight!

    Made the works do last night - had a hand-made carb free burger (lovely) with extra salad and a diet coke and a bottle of fizzy water and was home for 10pm - I didn't want to go on to a nightclub - I struggled to keep up with the conversation in the place we had the meal.....

    I am really proud that i managed to make good sensible choices - but if my system gives up and goes on strike I will be so :mad::mad::mad:

    L Leek and potato and bacon soup - 1 syn as butter in
    Slice melon

    D mac cheese omelette with brocolli in and spring onions and HEA Moz, half a roasted pepper and SW chips

    Syns
    Soup 1
    Strawberry jelly sweet 1.5?
    Whole nut 4 syns

    total 6.5

    I had vodka measured out but didn't drink it!!!!!! EEK!

    Cycled 20, 25 and 35 ttl 75
    Drinks water and black coffee . Am now taking black coffee and no butter on toast where possible to save syns for things i really want :D

    Definitely noticed a smaller appetitie yesterday. I had in work strawberries, blueberries and a big bag of melon to eat as i have been eating every day , and also cherries, and never touched any of it so it's rolled over for today.

    Think am going to avoid the vodka tonight again !!! Come weigh in on Tuesday i need results

    Wholemeal bread - it's 57g of any wholemeal bread so if you are worried check the weight per slice? Im going to try and get wholemeal rolls for my veggie burger for dinner tonight. Nom nom nom!!!!!! LInda mccartney moz burgers are 4 syns a pop so am going to have the quorn bbq ones with cheddar and ementhal cheese at one syn each. I can only ever manage one burger anyway .
    A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:
