    Hi All
Lurker Shazzle here x I wondered if you would share your thoughts on which type of week gives you better results and why ...Green/Red or EE?
I try and do EE as I like the balance of it but do struggle when given a free(er) reign on the G/R days to keep control (I make monster "healthy" currys and then eat loads!)
I need to lose about 2 stone before 26.11 and love exercise... I also love beer and pizza hence 2 stone....BUUUT would be happy to take any advise from you...
Oh and formally hello to you all. I have followed you for months xx

Hi Shazzle - welcome to the thread. I do red and green days mixed over the week as still not got my head around the extra easy :o

It probably is very simple but I found that a list of things I can eat much easier to plan round.

I stick to the plan like glue and have lost lots more than you want to loose

My view is - if it aint broke then dont fix it :D

    hello guys,

    another green day for me today;

    b - 2 alpen light (heb), necterine
l - veg pasta, muller light (blah toffee flavour), 2 satsumas

dinner - i have my nephews round for dinner as they are now staying over at my place for going out tomorrow. i am going to cook them a frozen pizza i have from before sw. looked it up on the syns calculator and it is 14 syns for a quarter!! i could probably minus 6 syns for cheese but i still dont think i will have any. i might cook some quorn nuggets for my tea and do us all some mcains fries which are 1.5 syns per 100g (frozen). i also have a garlic bread i want to get rid of so will cook that too and may steal a piece as it is 4.5 syns apparently.

in the morning i am going to do us all beans on toast with bacon and then for lunch i think we will go to zizzi and have pasta as suggested.

Hi, I have looked on McDonald's website and they call their porridge oatso simple. Have looked on SW website but doesn't come up there by any name. It could be that it's just the same as Oat So Simple that we can have for a healthy option B but not sure.

    SORRY XX

That's a real bu**er dizzy (insert consonants of choice;)).

I know it seems very illogical zippy and I must admit to finding some of the 'mystique' around SW very frustrating at times. I'm not one of those who can treat it like magic, I need logical explanations. I console myself by accepting that there probably are logical explnations but SW wants to keep quiet about them as it's a money-making organisation.

As for the synning HEs, when I said that it was the official line I didn't say that I did it!:D I've never eaten a scan bran in my life and don't intend to. So if it's a 2 part HEB, for example, I ignore the bit I don't want. This isn't often as mostly I have bread which doesn't need any weighing.

yes my brain wants logic too :o Don't just tell me what to do, tell me why!!!! :D

ill maybe mention it in class but i feel like a pain in the bum already :o

im doing everything i can so will follow it a 100% until my loss kicks in. I again debate doing green when eating so little meat but will stick to EE for now.

Regards Zumba - i have very bad knees and back so i don't think i would be able to do it. I don't know. I'm very much struggling with them at the minute which is why I ask. Don't think i could afford zumba and the weekly class anyway

think im not even going to have any vodka this weekend in the pursuit of a loss and to be the perfect student :o Depresses me bvut i cant help feeling i should be depriving myself of syns and that i dont deserve ten as im still not losing weight. Crazy i know.
