Makes it 4.5 on red and ee, 9 on green
Thanks for that, not as bad as I thought on ee anyway, was about what I thought on green.
So food today was:
B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
L - mugshot, toms, 2x cheese straws [4], p/white [2.5], fruit salad, activia
T - 2x fish fillets [9][well couldn't leave last one all alone], new pots, egg, beans, onion, toms, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - banana. apple, fruit salad, onken
Syns - 16.5 oopsIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Haven't been around for a while but am still sticking to sw like glue
am losing more slowly now.....think my metabolism is slowing up.
My dodgy thyroid is beginning to slow things down......but on the plus side I have still lost a stone though and am almost under 11 st into the tens......woo hoo
Am off to a wedding next w/e which has given me a kick up the butt to lose the weight in the first place....am very glad I will be (hopefully) more than a stone lighter by then0 -
Okay a bad day for me in among a few meltdowns I've eaten.

That has been the sum total of my food today!
I am feeling a little less fragile now though so hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow - Dizzy it's a good job you're up to driving that tank again!

I think it's perfectly understandable that planning your food was the furthest thing from your mind today. Jump back on the wagon, plenty of room!
Sorry to hear about your tiny gain zippy. It is very depressing, I know, but I find that sometimes the losses go in two week cycles as the body adjusts to new way of eating etc. Just keep sticking with the plan, eat plenty and especially plenty of superspeedies and it'll come good.
WI for me tomorrow, I know I'm probably a little over on syns this week but I always live in hope!0 -
Zippy sorry to hear about your small gain, I gained 1.5lbs on my 2nd week and was guttered. Mine was due to not eating enough but I stuck with it and got to target so it does work but I know how disappointed you must be feeling. I took the scenic route as do most of us I think so please don't be too disheartened and hang in there. We're all in this with you so sending you positive vibes. brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), pear (ran out of nanas!)
Lunch - salad, sw corned beef quiche (2), leftover sw roasties, grapes, yogurt
Tea - malaysian chicken curry, rice, salad
Snacks - nectarines
Does anyone know roughly how many syns are in a tin of reduced fat coconut milk? I can't remember what brand I bought. It's not Blue Draghon as tesco don't seem tos tock that one anymore! Whatever it is then a quarter of the syns will be in my teatime curry.0 -

SW has just got a glowing report from DR Hilary on Lorraine this Morning :T Mum took her 11 year old son to group and hes lost a stone (looked really good:))
WI for me tonight......and guess what?......no sign of the poo fairies again :mad: WHY DO THEY DO THIS TO US ON WI IN DAY :mad: had a really heavy carby day 2 days runnning too to 'get rid off'The chuffin PMT fairies are still hanging around causing chaos though & making me hormonal & grumpy & bloaty & moody & snappy & spotty & fat & .......... right rant over :A:rotfl::rotfl:

maman - i have been doing mainly Greens as i am not a big meat eater. Haven't got my head around EE yet!
Do you have to have an EE lunch and tea? I have to eat at work so i tend to bring a salad, usually with pasta or couscous which makes it Green . . . could i then go on to have an EE tea providing i have had only 1 x HEX A and B?? (this is usually consumed at breakfast as i'm a weetabix addict!)0 -
I need your help!
I seem to have hit a self-destruct button and I have gone so far off plan that I need a map to find my way back! In the past 6 weeks I have managed to gain 9lbs :eek::eek: - totally my own fault.
We have been invited to a wedding in 6 weeks and I desperately want to lose this (and more besides!) before then.
I am usually quite disciplined and organised when I am at work but at home I'm a disaster - my main meals are okay but my snacking (and wine input) goes off the Syn scale!A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit!:rotfl:
Joined SW 13/9/10 - wanted to lose 56lb and lost 26lb! Rejoined on 9/1/12 having gained 17lb of my loss!!!
Want to lose 50lb. 50 - 8.5 = 41.5 to go!0
