            Morning all
I've been a bit AWOL this week, not been sticking to plan very well either (I think there's a correlation there..!). I've been doing more running and finding myself staaaarving all day. Does anyone know the official rules on body magic? On WW you earn more points, does this happen on SW? I was thinking maybe i'd allow myself an extra HE on days I exercise for more than 90mins (usually equates to 8mile+ run or 20mile+ bike). Does that sound sensible, or a cheat?
 Today:
B: 2 nectarines, strawberries, bannana, small bit of special k (5?)
L: salad, philly (hea), 3 ryvita (heb) HM shep pie HM shep pie
 S: cappachino (HEa + 2?), wispa (10.5) grrrrr
6mile run (will be less than 90min)0

I'm so pleased dizzy's home as I need to get firmly back on that wagon today. I've had my HEB for breakfast so I need to be a bit creative at lunchtime.
 Planned EE menu:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, HEA milk, banana
L: Golden Rice, stir fry veg and some ham stirred in? pear cod, sweet potato wedges, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas & bowl of berries cod, sweet potato wedges, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas & bowl of berries
 Syns: NONE!!!!
Anyone read that article this morning alleging that there's no evidence that drinking lots of water is needed in our temperate climate? Apparently a lot of the campaign (for) has come from a foundation set up by Volvic/Badoit/Evian people.0

Big hugs to everyone who needs them, so sorry to hear about your job julie, everyone I know seems to be losing there jobs or worried they will, its getting worse. I too am a bit worried about mine going bust, hard times!
Well WI today and as predicted I gained half a pound. I am suffering terrible with wind pains lately, been going on now for about a month, constant wind pains all the time, so I reckon a belly full of wind has to weigh something, don't you all agree :rotfl:
I haven't fell off the wagon once, so I know i haven't done anything to cause the gain. So annoying when you stick to it religiously and find a gain grrrrrrr nevermind, nothng will put me off this way of eating, I love it, apart from the windy pops problem.
Keep up the good work losers, don't let stresses and strains and bad news pull you off the wagon, it will only make you feel worse in the end, its one thing we CAN control in our lives so STICK WITH IT :A0

            HELLO ALL,
ANNIE - What a horrible day! You got through it though AND stayed on plan so GOOD ON YOU!!!! Sounds like a rubbish boss if he has to resort to shouting. Good luck with the 30 day shred - she's a killer and shows no mercy! xx
WELSHWOOFER - Worth all the trauma to get the job. WELL DONE YOU!!. xx
Well I am still having a rubbish time eating wise and although I have been in the gym twice this week and walked for miles I just know that I have still put on from last weigh in. I chickened out of weighing last week and that was a BIG mistake so I am just going to get on tonight and face the music. I know this plan works and I WILL get back into my target range!!!!!!!!! xx
JULIEJIM - Well done on the weight loss but SO SORRY about the other loss. I am a great believer that things happen for a reason and that something else (usually better) comes along. I hope this is the case for you. xx0
