Annie - that sounds like a really horrible day - good for you for sticking to plan - well done!
I've had a traumatic day - had an interview for a big promotion in work (I'm a teacher and its a second in dept job, big deal for lowly little me!) and after the most horrible interview ever I amazingly got the job:j:j:j
How is anyone's guess! I thought I was rubbish in the interview!
So as a celebration and due to general can't be arsedness we're having a Dominos pizza delievered for tea - in my defence, I've only had fruit to eat and a cereal bar all day due to the interview and running around. Still will be a syn-tastic day though.......

I am doubtful of a loss tomorrow, I think a gain is more on the cards, I feel bloated and fat today
came home in a sulk instead of staying for class but I'd already prepared a gigantic dish of superfree salady stuff so tucked into that.

Well done, Woofer, big hugs for Annie, big hugs for Jue too. As far as I can judge, any of us can have that type of horrible day the way the financial side of things is going
Think I'm going to have a massive change and try to just do red all this week; I'm an EE gal, but rarely eat potatoes/pasta type stuff and I'm not a big fan of peas and other pulses (except red lentils for dhal and I can live without that for a few weeks). I may post my meals if some red experts would cast an eye each day
And welcome home Dizzy!:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

right here goes for tomorrow, as I've just prepared lunch (as usual) to take to work & heat in microwave.
Breakfast will be all free with strawberries, melon, kiwi and a slice of defatted proscuitto and a couple of turkey sausage slices. No pagans with it this time as I want to save a heb for evening. Big pot of fresh coffee with my HEA of skimmed milk.
Lunch is some slices of slow cooked beef brisket (most fat cut off before cooking, rest scooped and scraped after it cooled), with 142g (threequarters of one HEB!) of leftover spiced new potatoes, some broccoli, some butternut squash and a gigantic beefsteak tomato sliced on top sprinkled with fresh basil. The tomato will cook down just while the rest is heating in the microwave.
Supper is going to be buffet at the local Indian restaurant cos I arranged it with a friend days ago. They always have salady stuff on and *yawn* tandoori chicken breast, with any luck they'll do some thighs as well. There's usually at least a couple of vegetable dishes, lets hope for spinachOr I could persuade her to go to the other indian restaurant and order from the menu I suppose, which would make more sense for me and she is a nice friend who understands about sticking to healthy eating.

Thanks for all of your good wishes:)
Pizza was a mistake - it was nice enough but I only managed half and then about 30 mins later felt a bit queasy and it promptly returned! :eek:Lovely!
Have a banging headache too - think the day has caught up with me. I've just had a bath and think an early night is in order - what an anticlimax to a mental day!
PS Sorry to hear about everyone's bad days - it must be awful for you Julie:(0
