I'm beginning to wonder if I made that up about needing to have a complete portion of HEs. I thought I heard it here or at a class. If I find confirmation I'll let you know (or perhaps you'd rather I didn't;)). I do remember one stand-in consultant (Area Manager) telling us you didn't need to have any HEs at all if you didn't want them.
I've had a gloriously syn free day which has been very welcome after weekend's excesses.
I'm out for a meal tomorrow night and I'm not choosing the restaurant so goodness knows what I'll end up with. I'll be really lucky to STS this week.
PEas and sweetcorn - only realised that last night! arg! Thanks for letting me knowA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Hello Everyone
I am a new member to Slimming World.
I have been following this thread for a week or two.
I decided to join the online Slimming World as I have difficulty getting out.
I need to lose 2 stone!!
I have a question which I cannot find the answer to very clearly in this thread.
If I have a green day can I have 2 choices from each categorie of Healthy Options A & B? Sorry if this a basic question

Honey I'm Home !! :j:j:j:j
The lift is fixed & I slept in my own bed last night :T:T:T:D:D:D
I slept so well I've only just prised myself out of it  and now i've got pillow marks on my face (and dried 'slavver' on my cheeks....not a great sexy look :rotfl::rotfl:)
Got home just in time too as its the start of PMT time and my willpower is getting VERY WEAK:mad:....and I was starting to find the call of the choccies & cornettos really hard to resist(but I didnt have any :A) staying on plan is really hard at someone elses house though
I had mainly omlettes , jacket spuds & pasta n sauce and stuck to green days so I didn't get led astray too badly.
Oh and Mum did give me a very nice pressie that she bought & doesn't like (though I have a sneaky feeling it was a ploy saying that to make sure I would take it) one of those Tefal Actifry things :D:A
So I think its a green day today (need to try the fryer out) but I need to get some shopping done later when Mr D comes home.
I'll post my menu later.0 -

Welcome anneliza and good luck with your weightloss. On green you can have 1 or 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs. I'm guessing if you just went for 1 HEA the weightloss might be quicker. Plus you have a wider range of choices for HEBs which is where your measured amounts of meat, fish, nuts etc are.zippychick wrote: »I would be happy to know what the official stance was
I began to think I'd imagined it but cyclingyorkie seems to have heard it too. Hopefully consultant will be along to explain soon.0 -

Evening!
I've had another totally rotten day, my boss shouted at me until I cried and then carried on some more, plus it's all doom and gloom at work because of redundancies. I was so tempted to follow my colleagues' advice and come home and scoff cake, chocolate and anything else I colud get my hands on, but realised before I got to Sainsbury's that that would only make me feel worse, so i haven't. I also have a mystery pain down the right hand side of my torso/abdomen, so am feeling properly sorry for myself.
But, I've stuck to the plan and had a green day, and have all my syns left (and yesterdays too) in case I fancy a treat later, although I'm trying to stop eating sugar and processed foods so we'll see!
Weetabix with chopped apple and a satsuma, and milk (a and b)
couscous with leftover roasted veg (not very nice)
banana, apple, yogurt
sandwich made of toast with a banana in the middle (b, and a bit odd but was really nice and better for me than choc)
and dinner is spagetti with quorn bol.
My 30 day shred dvd arrived today. DS wants to watch me do it because quote 'it'll be hilarious'. So nice to have one's family's support!!!!
Have a good evening xxSay what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0
