    Morning All

WI this afternoon so I'll see how I've done after last week's blip.

Zippychick - you do know that peas aren't superfree don't you? I was just looking at your dinner menu although I know you had melon as well.

Stressful day today and I'm hungry now so I think I might go and cook myself some bacon so I'm full and hopefully get to weigh in without munching chocolate or biscuits.

    Have a good day all

I'm beginning to wonder if I made that up about needing to have a complete portion of HEs. I thought I heard it here or at a class. If I find confirmation I'll let you know (or perhaps you'd rather I didn't;)). I do remember one stand-in consultant (Area Manager) telling us you didn't need to have any HEs at all if you didn't want them.

I've had a gloriously syn free day which has been very welcome after weekend's excesses.

I'm out for a meal tomorrow night and I'm not choosing the restaurant so goodness knows what I'll end up with. I'll be really lucky to STS this week.

According to all the consultants I've had ( a fair few before we got a permanent one) if you have part, but not all of your HEs it counts as syns!

The HEs are to safeguard your health - they provide stuff your body needs...

    Afternoon All

Been MIA for a few days but been doing a lot of running about lately - heading off to France for holidays, so trying to get work stuff cleared, and carers sorted for Parent. Feel incredibly guilty for going on hols - does anyone else feel like this? I know I need a break, but I hate feeling guilty about it.......... Plus buying last minutes stuff, trying to get the washing sorted and packing! Anyway, despite all this, have managed to stay on plan - surprisingly :) - am quite pleased (read smug) with myself - foodwise, anyway!

Anyway - today's plan is as follows:

B Muller Light and more blinkin' berries
L Cooked chicken on bbq last night in homemade soy and chilli sauce - having that with humoungous salad and couscous
D Got some nice sea bream on the cheap yesterday, so gonna cook that on the bbq with sweet potato wedges and some mushrooms, peppers and onions - oh, and aubergine - got lots of cheap veg at market yesterday, so have to make use of them :A

Drinking loads of water at the moment - has to have a dash of flavour though - find water impossible to drink otherwise - bland - euggh.

With regards to the HEAs and HEBs - I always split the HEBs - usually have one alpen light mid morning, and make up the difference with ryvita later on when I'm feeling snackish - usually have ryvita with tomatoes on top in the evening. Who would have thought I would ever have seen ryvita as a treat - jeez, how things have changed!!! Milk - I use this for coffees thru the day.

Hope today is a good day for all the losers out there x
