Well done Magnolia - that's fantastic.

Haven't been on for a few day - bit of a stressful time at the moment. I put on 1.5lbs last week but I've hopefully done better this week.

Zippychick - if you don't eat meat very often - I'd stick to green and then just do Extra Easy on the days you're planning on having meat. You can mix the days as much as you like.

Yes i think you're right. As it's my first week though and my previous SW attempt was disasterous I'll stick with EE until first weigh in. Maybe im pinning my hopes too high but im hoping for a good loss to indicate whether it's working for me this time round. I do feel thinneer but i don't know if that's psycholigical!:o

    yesterday
B Mullerlight, strawbs, cherries, melon, herbal tea
L half a 3 egg fritatta (beans, BNS, mozerella HEA, loads of veg), diet pepsi . SW chips and fried egg
D Malaysian Mee rendang from SW mag - GORGEOUS! Noodles, tofu, veg etc 0.5 syns. Drank the rest of my suns in vodka!:p HEB was two alpen light while the other half stuffed his face with choc and crisps

    Today

Other half of yesterdays fritatta and HEB toast with butter 1. Pineapple, melon, mullerlight, strawbs.

Friends birthday dinner - salt and chilli chicken and fried rice. Not sure how many syns that would be or if it was a great choice but i eat out so rarely!! I stopped when i was full so have the rest to eat later but that's all i';m eating today apart from fruit if i get hungry

    Exercise (in mins) - Yesterday i cycled 10, 15 and walked 10. Today Cycled 15, 10 and 15.

My class is on tuesday but as we have political stuff over the next two days here they have been rescheduled. There's a weigh in tomorrow (only started plan last wed), or a class this wednesday after the craziness. I think i'll wait and go to the class on wednesday as i need a day or two after my takeaway. Sound stupid or what?:p I just don't feel ready to get weighed tomorrow!:D

    thanks again for the welcomes.:A

Had a funny moment today, was telling hubby about yesterday at mums when she said to ask my sister about a dress as she was sure she'd lend me one. When telling hubby I said that would be no good as my sis is bigger than me. I felt really funny saying that as she has always been the 'thin' sister to me being the 'fat' one. Made me feel a bit, I dunno 'happy/smug' if you know what I mean :o I know I shouldn't really but couldn't help it :p.

Been for a walk and am a happy bunny as the wild plums are ripe for picking. Picked a fair few and had them with melon, yog & meringue and now feel slightly sick as ate too much :rotfl:. Love this time of year for all the free fruit thats about, will save pounds in the shops.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello all, nothing much to report except a sneaky peek on the scales this morning before I ate anything (and nekkid) revealed me to (apparently) be 0.25 of a stone less than I was 10 years ago when I thought I was slim and went to the gym 4 or 5 times a week! Woohoo. I have slapped myself for looking though.

Welcome to all the newbies. You can do it, nice and easy (that's both the SW plan and the way to lose weight iyswim)

Dizzy you poor thing .... I hope you get home soon x
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

I don't think you are bossy. I really need help to do this properly.
Do you think I need more fruit and vegetables. I put three peppers and a pack of spring onions in the sweet and sour sauce and two tins of tomatoes.
We went to the pub for a couple of hours and I had two little pots of tea so have had more milk.

I will steam some vegetables from the freezer. I have just remembered I have had another nectarine too.

The veg in the sweet & sour really makes it look much better. I must admit that I don't really measure my 'milk in teas' either. If it's not too hard for you it might be worth measuring out some milk one day and seeing how much you actually use for drinks. I like quite strong tea so I probably only use a tbsp or so for each cup. The reason I'm pointing it out is that 'officially' if you don't use all your HE allowance each day you should syn what you actually use.

I've been a bit bad today. We had a pork roast for dinner and it was all very SW friendly. Unfortunately I keep sneaking back to the fridge for more meat but I've also had a few bits of crackling:eek:

Back on the wagon tomorrow!! Dizzy, can you drive that tank on remote? I do hope you get home very soon.
