A Slimmer Summer with Slimming World

Morning all
WI for me today and can report -1lb, which takes me to -10lb overallyay. I am going on holiday on Friday so a few more days of trying hard and then I'm going to make sure I am sensible while away.
I went trying bridesmaid dresses on yesterday and was sooo glad I've lost weight. Despite communal changing rooms and being poked and prodded into dresses I found the whole experience nowhere near as bad as I thought. And there wasn't a sample dress in the shop that was small enough for me, they all had to be pinned :j
Welcome to the newbies and well done to all losers0 -
Morning all. Well done to all you losers :T
Curry last night was delicious. I had the chicken shashlik in the end, with a bit of bombay potato and some sag aloo and 1 popadom. So not too bad, also the chicken came with salad, so my plate was definately over one third superfreeUnfortunately we then went to the pub where I must have had at least 6 pints  and we got home at half one this morning. So not really feeling like breakfast yet, may have a banana in a bit. Lunch will be roast lamb with sw roasties and lots of veg, and probably pasta for tea.
I can hardly walk today either after yesterdays bike ride, and my bum is so sore :rotfl:LBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x

Morning all  well done Mags fantastic loss 4st woo hoo :j
Wi for me and as expected a 1.5lb gain, let off lightly as thought it would be more. Hubbys birthday today so will start afresh tomorrow. Must resist the staff room goodies this week as would like to lose that gain next week.
As to that smoothie debate, yes puree fruit is syned but if you were only eating the 1 muller and handful of berries as you would normally have eaten seperately then I wouldn't count the syns. If you then ate more of the same as smoothies in the same sitting then yes count them. Does that make sense? Hope you know what I'm trying to say
Feel better today even with the gain, have a slight headache which has hung around since yesterday and won't shift. Had a lovely chat with my Mum which did cheer me up so hopefully today will be a better day. Off to MrS for fruit and steak [hubbys birthday treat, the steak that is not the fruit :rotfl:]. Am hoping to pick out a nice summery dress for our heads last leaving do on the 21st. Normally I don't do dresses but want to make an effort. Need shoes too as don't think my crocs would look the part somehow :rotfl:.
Wish me luck as normally come home empty handed when shopping for clothes. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I couldn't find exactly what you wanted but peanuts & milk choc chips are 6 syns per bar.
:TMagnolia, brilliant result!!
EE menu for me today:
B: NAS squash, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk in teas
L: marmite & salad sandwich, half a melonroast pork, cabbage, parsnips, carrots, SW roast potatoes, gravy
Snacks & Syns: more fruit as none with breakfast and wine syns with my dinner plus the gravy
I commented about mustard/mustard powder the other day. Then I noticed a recipe in this month's magazine that was free but had Dijon mustard in it. I'm guessing that at half a syn per teaspoon they decided it wasn't worth synning but it is confusing!0
