Okay a bad day for me in among a few meltdowns I've eaten.

    3 Blue Ribands
    1 Hifi bar
    2 strawberries
    McDs Mc Chicken sandwich
    Medium fries
    Cookie

That has been the sum total of my food today!

I am feeling a little less fragile now though so hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow - Dizzy it's a good job you're up to driving that tank again!

Juliejim - I'm glad you're feeling a bit better today, fingers crossed that you find another job soon.
I had a fairly rubbish day again today, but fortunately no contact with shouting boss. However, there was a leaving presentation for someone and there was an actual buffet of cakes, I was surrounded by more cakes than I've ever seen. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY THOUGH!!
And there was me thinking I had no willpower. I stood there drooling, but saying to myself that I'm giving up sugary things and it'd make me go wobbly with my sensitive blood sugar if I had one, and promptly walked off once the speeches were finished. I am mighty proud of myself!!
Anyway, green for me as usual:
2 slices of toast from a 400g loaf, made into a banana sandwich (b, new favourite)
pasta with herbs and lemon juice
    banana, apple, grapefruit, yogurt
Linda McCartney lasagne and peas (3 syns from what I can see on the internet)
    2 nectarines
and I may have some pagens with laughing cow cheese later if I get the munchies, as I've got an a and a b still to use.

I'm now going to attempt the 30 day shred. Help.

Hi guys can I have a bit of advice?

Has anyone maintained and not understood why? I lost 7.5 lbs last week so I am thinking that that may have something to do with it but its a bit disheartening :(

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Distraught. I've put on half a lb in my first week weigh in!

Had a good chat with the consultant (who said my food diary was brill!!!) who said the following could be responsible

    * Star week (now)
    * Body taking time to adjust
    * Increased exercise - i was off sick for two weeks so wasnt cycling that 20 odd mins each way 5 times a week. I went back on Monday past.

I'm so down in the dumps about it. Trying to pick myself up. Went to lidl and bought some cheapy crisps at 5.5-6 syns a pack so happy with that. Making my dinner now as i didnt want to weigh after it - that probably would have put my loss up !EEK!

    Today
    B Bacon HEB toast, Beans
Strawbs, blueberries, bag of celery, mullerlight 1 syn

L SPanish quorn casserole with pilau rice - veg in casserole
    Cherries, mullerlightm diet vimto

D Saute potatoes and something. Milk HEA in coffee

Will be ten syns today .

    Exercise cycled 20m, 25, 15, 15

    Sad Zip.:(
A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
