Does anyone else find some of thier fellow members a tad irritating? Yesterday when I went to my meeting and got weighed etc, my friend and I sat down for the group meeting and were the first ones to do so, others were milling about or waiting to be weighed.
Been sitting about 5 mins when an older lady stood infront and said you cant sit there mind, these are Dot and Elsies seats. I said oh I see well il see if Dot and Elsie make an appearance then thanks for that. So 5 minutes later I could see the woman with another two woman who turned out to be Dot n Elsie marching over, and they asked for thier seats. When informing them there was no name stickers on the seats so I didnt know everyone had a specific seat, I asked if she could she me where ours were as it was only our second week was this something we had missed? She said sit where you like but me n Dot have sat there since we started and we intend to carry on.
Out of principle I refused to budge so they scowled at me throughout the meeting and in the car park said, you better be here early next week if you intend stealing our seats again. It tickled me all day thinking about it!!

    OMFG

Haha lucky for me i dont go group but that is sad as hell! Own specific chairs :rotfl: Are they at target? ;) WOuldnt have been able to stop myself from being triple sarcastic "Oh if you need your little comfort blanket at your age to stop you crying then you go right ahead, wouldnt want tears before bedtime :D "

Roughing you up in the car park! Sad sad people. Its always women who do this stuff isnt it. Pull together sisters! Christ on a bike, this pettiness drives me insania!

No consultant should stand for this and Im certain my sister wouldnt tolerate any of this nonsense.

Lucky for me none of yous do my head in as your all lovely :T:T:T
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

This was quite shocking behaviour I must say

I must admit.....I do have a tendency to sit in the same seat(ish) BUT in my defence, the class saves a space for me directly in the middle opposite consultant as I can't hear so need to be able to see her lips to know whats being said.....until I get my magic Bionic ear that is! ;)
But I wouldnt go marching over and start clobbering anyone with my crutches if they nicked my seat LMAO smiley-sick003.gif

No they arent at target, i think they like the social aspect of it all as they are major busybodies. Not a day under 70 either you know, I just had to laugh. Il look like im trying deliberately next week as I am pretty much first there as no point going home after school run to come back out again. Bring it on nanas!

That was part of the reason I stopped going to group! Not the seat thing but there were 3 women who completely monopolised the meetings:mad: They never shut up, commented on everyone's gains/losses and they were always the ones who spent their weekends eating out and drinking loads and STILL lost weight:mad: Meetings were at least half an hour shorter when they didn't go! The consultant didn't do much about it even when a couple of us spoke to her about it.

Anyway, I had a rubbish night last night, I had my glass of (synned) wine when I got in from dancing followed by my HEB toast with LC.........then I fell in the bread bin and demolished 2 thick slices of freshly baked white bread smothered in butter:mad: I might have to ban OH from making bread......

Went to Lakeland this morning for my Easiyo  Awful drive back as it was lashing down on the motorway :eek:then went to Tesco and now I have a migraine _pale_ waiting for the pills to kick in at the moment.

B: Boiled egg and HB soldiers
L: Jacket spud with pasta n sauce, banana

D:?????? plenty of stuff in but will see how I feel in a bit, tablets work 99% of the time but I always get the munchies a couple of hours afterwards:doh:and it's WI for me tomorrow!

Does anyone else struggle with breakfasts on EE? I end up having to have fruit as well to make sure I'm having enough superfree. Does that make sense?

yes, i find this too. What i have been doing (rightly or wrongly i dont know!) Is having lots of veg/fruit as part of a meal - not for a meal (although i often have to have fruit as a meal as i am on the move).
    S

Like the other night we had syn free chicken curry. I put veg in the rice so peas, sweetcorn, cauli and brocoli florets etc. I also do fruity pasta for dinner if i am low on fruit. Basically its pasta, ff fromage frais diced apple, grapes, celery sometimes some segments of orange too and cheese on top for me HE! Its really yummy - sweet and creamy too...firm fave in our house ATM!

I do have a lot of chillis, spag bol and do the same with them loads of veg etc.

I also have a plate of fruit and veg for the day that i plate up in the morning and i use them in whatever that days cooking involves. It does make it easier for me to get loads of fruit n veg in a day.

In the words of Harry Hill - FIGHT!!!!!!!
I have similar "ladies" in my group - been there for donkeys years still f*rting about with the same lb on and off for weeks and weeks and then saying "I don't understand it, I've been good haven't I Jean?"
Cue Jean - "Yes, apart from the cakes we had on Sunday and the chocolate you bought for your grandson (but scoffed!) .....
    You get the drift!

Hilarious - its like a parody of Fat Fighters and Majorie Dawes sometimes!

When I went to group I mostly sat in the same seat but wasn't bothered if it was occupied when I got there [doesn't mean I sat on their lap lol] I just sat in a different seat. I'm the same in the staff room, usually sit in same seat but happy to just have a seat anywhere by lunchtime :rotfl:.

Been a bit of a rough day for me today, feeling like carp again. Not ate much so far.
    B - weetabix hot water/splash milk, coffee
L - 2 bowls rice pudding [2xa] slept for couple hours after :o
    T - not sure yet
Snacks - fruit salad, onken, meringue [2.5]
    Syns - 2.5 so far
yesterday & today have had bouts of the shakes due to low sugar levels, don't know why as routine has been same as usual and other days have been fine. Had a diabetes test fairly recently and was fine so don't think its that, must be the weather [if in doubt blame it on the weather I say :rotfl:].

Have been firmly wedged on the tank this week, should be same next week if no-one nicks my seat [mines the one next to the open window on the left hand side ok :rotfl:].

Well done losers, keep up the good work :T
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
