Personally cannot believe these mixed beans are not a free food.

All beans are free, and even baked beans with sugar in are free.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

She said in her current food directory they said they were free....so I'm thinking its just that its the free food element thats been missed out when putting it in the calculator? (well lets hope so anyway :o)

Im not entirely sure which beans they are... I think they are the plain mixed beans (not in tom sauce) that are with the cannelini, haricot, etc might try having a mooch on Asda website and see if I can find out?

LOL just been and checked Asda & SW website.
Mixed Bean salad & mixed beans in tom sauce are both free on EE & Green.

HOLLYDAYS was looking at the syns for RED days ;) Panic over x

    Afternoon all!

Been a busy bee this morning so far - walked the dog, been to the greengrocers, been to Mr T, cleaned the whole house, been to the chemist for bargain on offer antihistamines, changed the bed and washed the sheets, had a nice bath and sorted out lunch for the hordes.

Still got loads to do today so just having a little break before cracking on with some schoolwork and popping to the library (been once already but it was shut).

Today's food now I'm fully restocked after the shopping trip.....
    Breakfast - Hifi bar
Lunch - pasta and sauce (2 syns) (A choice for the milk), satsuma, grapes
Tea - quorn fillet in sticky BBQ marinade (2 syns), cucumber, beetroot, lettuce, boiled egg, new potatoes, couscous (0.5 syns), strawberries for dessert

So far that's 1 A choice, 1 B choice and 4.5 syns leaving 5 syns or so something this evening whilst watching telly.

Hope everyone is having a good skinny day.

Just started watching "Losing it with Jillian" recorded from The Style Network (Channel 253 on Sky) yesterday. Its an a American show with the woman from the Shred on it "helping" an overweight (300 lbs) woman to lose weight and get fit in 1 week.
    Jillian is one scary woman!
I think she almost killed the woman on teh first workout! She's just screaming in her face and making her keep going even though she looks like she's going to collapse!

Can I ask why your pasta n sauce is 2 syns? Do you use butter in it or is it a different brand than Batchelors which is sinned? Just wondering because I have it quite a bit.

Does anyone else struggle with breakfasts on EE? I end up having to have fruit as well to make sure I'm having enough superfree. Does that make sense?

Its a Campbells one - my Tesco have decided to not stock the Batchelors one anymore and when I checked the Campbells one (after buying it) on the Syns Calculator it came out at 2 syns.

    Tastes ok though!
