    Morning Lovelies

Well we've had a little of the much needed rain overnight.....with a lot more forecast later today, so I think I will be mooching about indoors and will possibly HAVE to think about doing some of this flipping ironing *sigh* while MR Dizzy plods round the golf course.

Ooooh Confused have a lovely time in Harrogate! its not very far from me, tis a lovely lovely place ;)

Today I think will be an EE day for me

    B pineapple, mango, yog

L ham, egg, ainsley chilli cous cous & salady bits yog/mint dressing

T chicken stir fry (garlic, 5 spice, soy) asda mushroom & veggies cheats pack.....such a lazy moo:o (but 3 for £2.50 :money:)

HEA milk for teas HEB toffee oaty bar at 8pm curfew

Syns bottle of 1 syn MrS low alch lager :T (I managed to get some!:D) penguin wafer 4.5 white choc options 2

Have a good day all.......I'l probably be back later when I get fed up of Ironing :rotfl:

I was really very shocked to learn at the meeting that a Weatherspoon's Jacket Pot is 23 syns:eek: because they fry them!! Got me to thinking how many other places cook things in strange ways, whilst we think we are picking the best thing on the menu???

Good luck to everyone - I hope the weekend is kind to you all :rotfl:

It's an urban myth that they deep fry their potatoes, if they did it would be absolutely rock hard and totally inedible. They have pre-packaged spuds, that are either microwaved (like everything in 'spoons) or oven baked if they have the time (which is never :rotfl:)

What makes the syn value high is the added extras such as the salad dressing, and the full fat butter. These now come on the side though, so hypothetically you can call it free if you don't use these extras. I've always counted the jackets with beans and 5 bean chilli as free (scraping off the sour creme)

Wooohooo! :T congratulation on locating them!

My night out wasn't very SW compliant, as when it came to drinks I just picked what was cheapest :o I had WAY too many sugary mixers and liquor based spirits instead of diet cokes and vodka. I think student life doesn't work in my favour here :rotfl:

I suppose trailing way over to Pinderfields yesterday did have its perks!.....stopped off at a MrS at Wakefield and found some :D

Could you maybe treat yesterday as a flexi day? or cut back a few syns each day until WI to try go for damage limitation :o and try a few days SE = 2/3 superfree + 2 HE choices

Why do they always seem to do 'offers' on drinks that aren't very good for us  :p

Morning all. Newbie here - I started SW online on Tuesday, so no group for me.

2 stone to loose and hopefully the first stone (or close to) by the end of July. I've been really naughty and stepped on the scales a few times and have lost almost 3lbs so far so i'm fairly pleased with that. Stepping it up a bit with more SS foods over the weekend.

Today is an EE for me (as will all days be I think)

Breakfast: Half fat pork sausage (2.5) bacon, tomato, 2 eggs, baked beans and a slice of WM bread (HEB) with a scraping of I can't Believe it's not Butter Light (1)

Lunch - Baked potato with baked beans

Dinner - Cod marinaded in chilli lime & ginger & baked in the oven - a baked sweet potato and broccoli. (or plain cod baked, SW chips and mushy peas - can't quite decide yet)

Drinks: Tea (milk as HEA), water & diet soft drinks.

Snacks - Banana, peach, grapefruit, mixed frozen fruit with fat free yoghurt.

Blimey - it looks such a lot written down doesn't it!

    SK x

    Morning all :

Terrible nights sleep for me too, with the storm, the neighbours etc. OH has gone back to bed I am trying to knacker myself out for an afternon kip.

Not doing an awful lot of anything today. might get out of my PJs in a mo though!

Have done my weigh in and I have lost 4.5lbs this week : Must have been that donut yesterday that did it :D :rotfl:
So I am perfectly happy now at 8 stone 11 and 3/4s

and now where I want to be, I will as ever try to maintain this this week.

Today is a EE day: Bit short on supplies so.... will have to go out and get something I think... so cant be bothered to go maket in the rain!

Brunch will be : Spaghetti, eggs toasts HEB mushrooms HEA milk in tea as always
Fruit and yog when the berries have defrosted
Dinner is Rice and black beans, mexican chicken, taco shells (2.5) shredded lettuce crunchy salad plus griddled onions and mushrooms

Not the best plan for the day but im sure there wil be more when I go market and see whats on offer.

Have a great day all x
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

    Hi all.

I must do some ironing too at some point this weekend. But it's so dull. Might do it tonight while watching piers interview the hoff.

It's sunny here at the moment. Going to try to get a long dog walk in before the next heavy rainfall comes later.

Stuck to plan yesterday apart from an extra whole punnet of raspberries, oh and a little bit of a chelsea bun that DH brought home :o (but it was only a tiny bit)

    EE again today

B: Satsuma, mullerlight, teas with milk (HEA)
L: Turkey tikka chunks, cold new potatoes, pasta, el mayo (0.5) lettuce, cucumber, red onion, tomato, sweetcorn, beetroot, pickled onions, velvet crunch (4), apple
D: HM lamb doner kebabs in wm pitta (HEB - the proper one from the co-op :D), sw chips, salad, el mayo (0.5), skinny cow lolly (3.5)

I don't tend to snack as much over the weekend (as I'm not bored like I am at work :rotfl:), but if I do get peckish I've got plenty of fruit in.
