HELLO, Has anyone got any ideas on a recipe for sea bass. I have some fillets in the freezer and would like to concoct something splendid for our tea (it'll be a first!!!!) We have a delicious meal from the Chinese Take away sometimes, it's got spring onions and ginger in it but I really wouldn't know how to set about doing it at home. I would be grateful for any suggestions from you great cooks. xx

I tried Google and there were loads of recipes. This was the first I opened and looks simple enough

WI for me today and I lost 3lbs:T Tht's 3 of the 4lbs I gained on holiday sorted which proves that getting back on the plan really does work! (seems Tuesday's lunch out hasn't caught up yet;)). I'm now 1.5lbs off a 3 stone loss and 4.5lbs from target. Sorry to labour the point but I need to keep repeating it to motivate me!

    Today's EE:

B: HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk, banana, NAS squash, tea
L: salmon, stir-fry veg and satsuma
D: spagheti bolognese with xtra veg, bowl of Black Forest fruits

I know we've talked about raffles in SW before but we've got a new system. Because our consultant is pregnant, we're trying to help her out a bit. So instead of her getting the raffle prizes, whoever wins takes the money raised that week to buy in the prize for the following week. I know that some people don't like it but I enjoy choosing as many low/syn free things as I can.

Don't worry about labouring the point, keep doing it cos it spurs us all on to do better. Well done, you'll soon be there! xx

hi,i joined 4 weeks ago and have only lost 3.5lb. i did have one week that i didn't lose due to birthday celebrations.
i have done slimming world before and seemed to lose quicker.
    i have followed extra easy.
this week i tried to up my speed foods but still only lost 1/2 lb. i know i am losing but is seems very slow.
before i started i lost nearly a stone on just limiting my calories to about 1500 a day so i am wondering if my body thinks i have too much food!

feeling a bit disheartened, any advice? thanks

Just had to share with you all, tried size 14 trousers on today in Peacocks, and they were to big, so I walked out the shop with a massive smile on my dial, with my size 12's in my bag :-)

SW_Mina - As you have gone out of target you will need to go next week to get weighed and be back in target. If you leave it 4 weeks you will have to pay the arrears as you be considered as having been out of target for 4 weeks! This happened to me a while ago, fortunately I'd only left it 2 weeks.

    Denise

Really? Damn. Never going to manage to lose it in a week.
