Hello all
I'm a target member - weighed in today 3lbs over... whoops! I usually only weigh in every 4 weeks or so - if I don't go back for another 4 weeks, will I have to pay 3 weeks worth of fees for weeks I've not attended? Does it depend if I'm back in target on next weigh in?
Hope that makes sense....0 -
Morning All,
Sorry i have been MIA - i have been on firt aid course for last 2 days
Lost 2.5lbs this week - YAY
Well done, fab loss. What's a FIRT aid course? Is it a polite way of saying you are learning how to help those of us on the tank when the dynorod soup kicks in?food for the day;
b - 2 alpen lights (heb), punnet cherries
l - veggie pasta, sainsburys chipsticks (5), 2 plums
not sure about dinner, would you eat quorn burgers that were best before 1st july? i found them in the back of my fridge this morning!

Hello SW_mina I remember your name from ages ago! Can't you stick to plan this week, nip to a class next week just to get weighed and ensure you are back within the 3 lb limit, then leave it for a few weeks? I'm not sure of the rules tbh.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Hello, I remember you too :wave:
If you go to group next time and are within your target weight range you won't have to pay, regardless of how long you go without attending inbetween.
Well done on getting to target by the way - I always said it was harder to stay there than to get there in the first place :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Please don't go off plan and binge now. The hardest work is done - you've had a 100% week but the unaccustomed exercise may well mean that your body has held onto some extra fluid. It will come off very quickly I promise.
Make sure this week is as good as last and you'll get your just reward on the scales

Thanks Consultant and blackberry-rum. Yep, I used to post here regularly - finally made it to target but a lovely summer holiday has sent me off target a bit with too many creams teas and burgers! Good to know I don't need to get it all off in a week - will have a go but it's monstrously hard now to lose. Consultant - if I weigh in in 4 weeks and am still over target, do I need to pay one weeks fees or all 4 weeks fees? Thanks!0

EVENING ALL - Went to class tonight but asked for a holiday week as I knew I had been absolutely rubbish and just couldn't face getting on the scales. There was a pair of the old type scales there and after getting on them I was really glad I hadn't signed in cos I had put on 2.1/2 lb. As I have said I have now joined the gym again and I started today, did 2 hours in all and feel really motivated again. Here's hoping for a good week this week.
Well done to all the losers and welcome newbies and returners.
DIZZY - DON'T DO IT PLEASE (zumba I mean, especially if you've just had a bowl of the notorious soup!!!!!!!!!!!!) Glad to hear that things are good in the toilet department.

Can I join you girls too? I seem to be losing it again... eating chocolate at night (and all the other rubbish too)... I know I should be going to bed, really but... ah well... sigh0

Morning all. Glad to hear some good losses being reported. To those who are struggling, stick with it. We all know the plan works if we stick to it, it just doesn't always show us the results as quickly as we'd like to see them!!
I'm a target member and assumed that if I went over 3lbs above (or below...yeah right!) my target then I would have to pay the next week and every other week until I was back within target range. I would assume that if I went back 4 weeks later then I would have to pay my arrears the same as if I was a 'normal' member. Only my assumptions though!!!
We went fruit picking last night and got LOADS of strawberries and raspberries, only problem is I don't have room in the fridge for them!! I have frozen some for the winter and I'm going to use some to make OH some jam.
Today my food will be green:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - leftover summer spaghetti (5 syns), strawbs, rasps, cherries, yogurt if needed.
Tea - lasagne (HEA&B), jacket potato, salad, more fruit for pud.0 -
Well, the weekend is almost here - WI tomorrow, and I have been a very good girl this week, so am hoping for some sort of a loss on da scales in the morning…..
Today's meal plan is as follows;
B eggs, bacon, mahoosive grilled tomato
L dyno rod-ish soup - not made strictly according to recipe, but every scrag of vegetable I could find, along with chicken stock, tinned tomatoes and some chilli flakes thrown in - obligatory berries and muller light
D will be more of the soup - loads of running about this evening, so lucky I made this last night as I will have to eat this on the run - plus more blinking berries!
Will use the milk for my caffeine fixes throughout the day.
Although my weight loss has been VERY slow to register, I haven't lost heart, as I know I am eating a lot better, and even if it doesn't show on the outside as quickly as I'd like, I know that on the inside things are better, as I am feeling healthy with a lot more energy - mentioned before of hectic family life (mum, wife, carer for parent, full time work, blah, blah - no different to many folk here I would imagine) so at least I feel I have more energy to cope with the next crisis! It took weeks for the 5 lb loss to register for me - so for those of you, like me, take heart - you may not see the results on the outside as quickly as you would like, but you will feel better for it, and the losses will come in time...........so fingers, toes, eyelashes, everything crossed, that I have a loss tomorrow!!!!!!!
Good luck to the losers, and thanks for all the support on here - it really has made all the difference
