    Can I join you girls too? I seem to be losing it again... eating chocolate at night (and all the other rubbish too)... I know I should be going to bed, really but... ah well... sigh

    Course you can join us. We've all been in the situation where we can't stop the rubbish eating. Stick around, ask any questions you want and get all the support you can. Do you go to a class or are you trying to do it yourself? Either way you will get loads of inspiration from here.

    Check out the recipes at the beginning of this thread - very useful.

    Dizzybee the plan now is very easy to follow. alot more straight forwards than the green/original.
    but you can still use the green/original plan so your daughter should be fine

    well i ate the out of date quorn burgers last night and i am still here to tell the tale so they must of been ok.
    wish i could of said the same for my raspberries though - all mouldy after 1 day in the fridge grrrr

    went to asda last night to do my sw shopping. the 6 packs of mullers were still only £1.50, alpen lights are 2 for £3 too.
    picked up some prawns for 20p which i munched last night and shared with my cats
    also got £6 worth of sliced deli beef for 50p! it had to be eaten today though so i put it in food bags in portions of 2 slices and popped them in the freezer.

    todays food;

    b - cherries, alpen light (heb), cheesecake muller (1)
    l - veg and dairylea pasta (hea), sainsburys cheese puffs (4), cherries
    snack - other alpen light to complete heb

    dinner - not sure yet. i have some taco shells to use up so i might make a chilli

    off the top of my head i can think of;

    - use less meat
    - use mysupermarket to see where certain items will be cheapest
    - cook in bulk and save food for later meals in the fridge or freezer
    - buy fruit/veg seasonally as it should be cheaper then

    HELLO, Has anyone got any ideas on a recipe for sea bass. I have some fillets in the freezer and would like to concoct something splendid for our tea (it'll be a first!!!!) We have a delicious meal from the Chinese Take away sometimes, it's got spring onions and ginger in it but I really wouldn't know how to set about doing it at home. I would be grateful for any suggestions from you great cooks. xx

    Hope you are all doing well :)

    I'm just back from my holiday today and I'm afraid today will also be an off day, I'm too jet lagged to be caring much about what goes in my mouth!

    I'll weigh later to see the damage ;)
    Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

    SW_Mina - As you have gone out of target you will need to go next week to get weighed and be back in target. If you leave it 4 weeks you will have to pay the arrears as you be considered as having been out of target for 4 weeks! This happened to me a while ago, fortunately I'd only left it 2 weeks.
