    Morning all!
WI for me was yesterday, 1lb off so I'm going in the right direction!
We won't talk too much about yesterday's food, I was at a football tournament all afternoon with DS and there may have been a Mr Whippy involved, and a cheese sandwich, and, well I'll leave it there. BUT, it didn't turn into a 'black hole' day, which is what some people I know do, anything eaten after WI on WI day goes into a black hole and doesn't count, so they have pizza, wine, ice cream, chocs....

Anyway, I'm on the straight and narrow today:
    oats, berries and yog (B)
LF cheese salad sandwich (a and b) with fruit and possibly some baked crisps added to the sandwich (5 syns - how I LOVE crisp sandwiches)
spaghetti bolognese for dinner, which DS aged 10 will be making for me :) he's very good at the basics and really enjoys cooking so I'm sure it'll be fine.

Enjoy the sunshine everyone (and don't forget the antihistamines if you need them!!)

    Good Morning Lovelies :)

Another wonderful sunny day here again :D

Well done Mags on another fabby loss this week:j......you just keep pulling them out of the bag and keeping me in awe like a 'great magician :T:A

Confused/blackers/Consultant I knew you would be particularly grateful for me sharing my poo news :rotfl::rotfl:
No I didn't take the lappy to the throne room with me....I fear that with my walking speed & the crutches it may have been far too ahem dangerous to attempt IYKWIM :o:rotfl:

Welcome back to the Dizzy tank those who have fallen off/out of it/been hanging on by their fingernails lately :A
I can confirm it smells a WHOLE LOT BETTER NOW!!! :o:p (maybe thats why you all deserted?)

I'm not sure what sort of Day its going to be today yet, If its anything like yesterday it was soooo warm I didnt feel much like eating til late on so I will just have a decent brekkie now and graze on fruit & maybe a egg/salad pitta at lunch (see if I can talk MrD into doing a BBQ again later perhaps ;))

So up until tea time its an 'open day' I will post later when I've decided. Have a lovely day everyone & enjoy the sunshine x x x

Thanks Dizzy but not that fabbier loss - I could have kicked the scales when I got off them this morning - just 1 more measly pound would have seen me with my 4st shiney :(

Never mind - there is always next week - I will just dust it off and keep it in a safe place ;)

Thanks for all your encouragement - you're a doll smilieglomp.gif

getting confused abour syn value for fresh egg noodles next to stir fry section in veg ailse as book says ready to eat noodles 0.5syns but says 197cals per half pack!

I'm no expert gailey but I've always treated fresh noodles as an absolute no-no. The low syn/free ones are definitely dry ones. I'll check on the website later.

About the fact that you appear to have lost more when you didn't exercise: similar things have happened to me. I think it's because after effects (good or bad) can often be delayed by a week or so. I don't think you feel the effects instantly.

    EE day for me:

B:NAS squash, HEB toast, scrambled egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk in teas
L: LO chicken casserole (without the chicken;)) + 2 Pagen
D: duck, dauphinoise potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, cauli and broccoli

Syns and Snacks: Sunday wine syns, fruit

Morning all [oops seen time] afternoon all :D Had a few off days with yesterday being the pits. Had the munchies all day and ate a fair bit of rubbish but also free foods. I made a free pea dip [garden peas, garlic, spring onions blitzed with fromage] but ate the lot myself  with celery sticks [superfree] and breadsticks [not good].
Anyway gloss over all that, bought new scales yesterday and they confused me a bit. All I want is the weight not all the other gubbins. So WI today and new scales say .8 of a lb so a gain of .3 of a lb so will go with STS as its near enough :D. Back on the wagon Monday as today is already planned, lots of superfrees but also garlic flatbread & a bit of pastry on the quiche also potato salad/coleslaw.
Another busy week of meetings also my wedding aniversary Wednesday and hubbys Birthday next Sunday and * week looming. Will not be surprised with a gain next week then :o.

Well done on the losses peeps [including Dizzy's 'loss' :rotfl:]
Good losses there for Mags and woot [keep at it son] a loss of any sort is in the right direction no matter how small.
Hugs to those in need, positive vibes sent your way :A

Off to hang washing, iron shirts [:(], vac the dog hair [], cook the lunch and anything else that needs doing. Got to work the body magic some how but also need to rest as have been sooooooo tired this week. Wish me luck :p

Good luck all & keep the faith [nicked that from MrsM's diary :rotfl:]
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

have decided I just dont have the willpower to stick to this plan on my own so I am starting back at group tomorrow, it will be a different group as I have moved and I hope this consultant is abit better than my last one.

at the moment if you join you get the 1st week free and if you sign up to a 12 week countdown you also get a free cookbook so I think I will do that. as not only do you get something free (yay) but paying in advance will make me go to class.

Sorry, I don't post often here, but need some advice!!!!

I have my weigh-in tonight, and I can't find where have I put the book and the card!!! I was tidying the house last week and put them away as we were having guests, and now can't find it. I have bought the 'countdown' last week for 12 weeks, and I am baffled as to where could I have 'hidden' the box.

How can I weigh in this week if I don't find my book/card?...

    Morning all

Its very quiet in here... has the tank been fitted with some kind of noise-cancelling eco friendly technology?!

I've had 3 days totally off plan, eaten about 6 'treats' (slices of cake, choc bar etc) and drunk about a litre of pimms (with non-sugar-free lemonade  and pomegrante juice). Went straight away for the weekend after work on Fri and didnt get back until 10pm last night, so didnt cook a single meal!

Back on it today though, in need of a visit from Dizzy's fairys (a side effect of suddenly reducing fruit intake my body has got used to??)

I did WI this morning though (one day late) and can report a 0.5lb loss. Not great but about what I was expecting! There's now only 2 weeks until my holiday so I am on a final push, would like to lose 5 more lb to take total loss to 1 stone :D.

So, 2.5lb/week, thats a tall order for me. Any suggestions? I don't know much about speed foods, maybe I should research them. I am going to supermarket tonight so all options are open for meals at the moment!
