Hello all, and thank you for that stern but inspirational talk up there Dizzikins. I for one needed it and will try tobe firmer with myself. I set myself a new target 5 weeks ago and tonight at WI I am still at the old target :( My own fault entirely of course. I don't bother writing down my bad sins on here for the sake of you all, if I wrote the words you'd want some too! So either I lose 7 lbs this week or I pay for another 6 week countdown, grrrrr.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    EE for me today..

    B: fruit and ff yog
    S: banana
L: tuna, rice, toms, rocket, sugar snap peas, radishes
    S: french fries (4), choc buttons (6)
D: chicken and veg stir fry with noodles (1 for oil)
    S: breakaway bar (5)

Oooh far too much junk today...16 syns is high for me. Will go for a low syn day tomorow to make up for it. I don't get on with EE very well, I don't know why... I think having the extra bowl of cereal on a red/green day makes a difference to me. Having said that, I havent had a HEa or HEb today so thats hasn't helped me here! Should have had ryvita instead of choc!!

    Hello everyone :)

I'd like to join in with this thread if that's ok :) I've been doing SW for about 11 weeks and have so far lost 7.5lbs (it was 9.5lbs until I put 2lbs on last week..) I've got another 1st 9lbs to lose to reach my target. I've totally been off track this week, but have put a food diary & pen on my chopping board for the morning. I think keeping a food diary keeps me more focused. Anyway, I wanted to join in with this thread because I find that I leave WI feeling positive but then after a few days I begin to fall into a rut, so reading/posting on here daily or every few days might help motivate me. I haven't read the whole thread yet as it's late but i'll catch up with it at some point :D

    Good morning!!
Just a quick post from me... got a feeling it might be hard to keep on track today so am getting prepared.
So... my green day WILL look like this:
Weetabix and banana (a and b)
berries and yog (2nd brekkie when I get to work!)
    fruit
4 ryvita with laughing cow light, cherry toms (part a and b)
    yogurt
dinner will be pasta with tomato sauce, and I'l probably throw the remaining 2 laughing cow triangles into th sauce to make it creamy!

    Have a good day all!

Morning all. WI for me tonight. Today will be over syns slightly but not too bad!! I didn't get my walk to MIL's last night as it was torrential rain!!

I'm in need of some dynorod effect....as always on WI day!!! I'm sure it must be psychological!!!

    Today will be EE:

    Brekkie - banana, porridge (HEA&B)
lunch - quiche (?????syns but will make me go  if I check!!!), tomatoes, cucumber, small jacket potato, pineapple, strawberries, cherries
Tea - something made with salmon, some sort of potato, veggies, possibly some hollandaise sauce.

DH picked up some biccies in MrT last night......they are 147kcal for 1 biscuit :eek: I dread to think how many syns one of those would be but they do look seriously good!!! I MUST resist!!!

    Morning All,

Alot nicer weather today, nice cool air & sunny - i am sitting at my desk (should be working!) eating Rhubarb & ff yog nom nom

Going to give EE a go this week

So todays EE plan goes like this

B - 396g Stewed Rhubarb (1 syn) & ff vanilla yog (taking forever to eat!)
L - Pasta with toms, mushrooms, onions, chicken
D - Gammon steak, SW wedges & broccoli, cauliflower & aunt bessies carrot & swede mash - possibly a couple of 'fried' eggs to dip my wedges in!
S - Cherries (90p in Mr T), plums (reduced to 25p in Mr T), seafood sticks, 5 Scan Bran (heb) with lemon curd quark (2), milk in coffees

I have just sent an email to Quorn to tell them how disappointed i am in the change to the recipe of the sausages, anyone else want to do the same? We could form a petition for the old recipe to be made once more so we can have 'free' sausages! :rotfl:

Hope everyone is back on the tank and doing better this week x
