    smiley-transport011.gif

Dizzy heard a few cries for the tank wagon?? ;) well buckle up ladies cos my driving is not gonna be so good at the mo.....you may be in for a bumpy ride :rotfl:(I've left super doooper glue on the seats for an extra security measure) Its (threatening) to be summer and we don't all want to me fat & miserable do we :(
WE CAN ALL DO THIS!! we know it works....we just need to remind our hands & gobs next time they are working as a double act trying to undo all our good work shovelling in the fairy food ;)

So come on ladies lets get this Tank filled......and when we are all behaving ourselves again I'l bring out the lovely shiny nice one with the awning & BBQ area (and windows that open so you don't get gassed with the Dyno Rod smells):D - Until then its BOOT CAMP !! x x:A

    Thanks Dizzy,

Our group usually has several prizes

I am finding more and more that every group is different

My group normally gets given stickers & certificates for each 1/2stone lost, but we had a cover last night (and 2 more WI) and she doesn't do the certificate, just the sticker.

I find it amazing how different they are!

They would be good with a Muller strawb yogurt and a pile of strawbs on top!

    Dime bar - 7 syns:j

Right, my day so far has been good....

Breakfast - Fibreplus bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - banana
Lunch - morrocan couscous (2.5 syns), grapes, strawberries, raspberries, satsuma
Tea - think I'm making beany veggie chilli with mushrooms, onions, peppers and sweetcorn and, you guessed it, 3 or 4 types of beans (as good as Dynorod!) with a bit of cheese grated on top (A choice)

So that's 1 B, 1 A and 2.5 syns so far - will have more syns I'm sure but not sure what yet.....

Hope everyone is feeling better about themselves now - don't beat yourself up too much xx

Hi can I join you :D I restarted yesterday and i'm doing it without a club for the minute.

I went off track since a trip to Prague at christmas and have struggled since and put back on some of the 5 stone I had previously lost :o

Hoping this thread will keep me on track and help me lose the rest of the excess.

YAY!!!! The tank is back :dance:

I'll run behind this week Dizzy ;) I AM trying :o We go away next week so I'm trying to run the fridge down a bit but OH keeps bringing stuff home from the lotty - fruit and veg so it's FREE food but there's LOADS of it
I've got a cupboard full of spuds and he's brought more home tonight along with 2 heads of brocolli (which we've eaten :rotfl:)
I've got a big dish of strawberries waiting for me to have (with FF yoghurt rather than cream :p) I've had 2 bowls already today.......waiting for the dynorod effect after the painkillers at weekend:)

I might have to have just veggies tomorrow for breakfast, dinner and tea.......

My jeans are feeling a bit looser today... I do hope it's not my imagination.
Green for me today, been good so far:
    pudding rice, berries and yogurt
    banana and 4 ryvita (b)
    apple
3 pagens with babybel light (a plus b)
    cherry tomatoes
    3 biscuits (6 ish)
and dinner will be quorn cottage pie (2.5 syns) wih broccoli and carrots

REALLY hoping that I lose this week, I could do with that boost.
