Another scorcher here today, it makes me not want to eat!

    Yesterday was:

    B: 3 krisprolls and philly (A & B)
    L: Jacket with beans
D: Pasta with a tomatoey sauce and mange tout (passata and fromage frais makes a good creamy sauce ;))
    S: 3 more krisprolls and philly (A & B), an orange, an apple, 2 beers (12 syns)

    --

    Today will be:

    B: Weetabix and skimmed milk (A & B)
L: Left over pasta from above, an apple, a cereal bar (B)
D: Not sure, not got much in and trying not to buy things before we go on holiday tomorrow. Maybe just a jacket and beans again with an omelette, something simple.
    S: Got apples and yoghurt
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

Not the best of weekends for me, I've had a migraine since Saturday _pale_ not nice at the best of times but in this heat..........

WI this morning (forgot yesterday) was a STS but in my defence I'm.....erm......in need of dynorod soup due to painkillers ;)but it's too warm so I have a huge bag of fruit with me today :D

This week will be a bit of a mixed bag as I need to 'eat up' before we go away and the fridge is stuffed with goodies from the allotment!!

B: Made beans on toast but only managed half of it - 0.5HEb
    S: Banana
L: Salad, eggs, cottage cheese. Strawberries, Onken vanilla yogurt
S: More fruit if I need it
D: Quorn sausage (3 ) sweet potato wedges, either salad or brocolli. More fruit and yoghurt

I might have toast or Pogens for supper and use my HE's.

Has anyone tried Marks & Sencer lentil crisps???? I got the sour cream and chiili flavour and they are YUMMY  Less than 100cals per packet so I guessed at 5 syns unless someone can tell me other wise??

Hope everyone is ok and making the most of the sunshine :)

Not a member of the SW but the easy way sounds very good. Is SW like a low GI diet can someone tell me please? Thanks.

I don't have a class near me and don't really want to join one as short on time anyway but I'm seriously thinking of joining online when I come back from my 2 wk holiday. Have lots of weight to lose, sadly :o.

Another weekend has passed by - it goes far too quickly - though have to say we got a lot crammed in. Couldn't believe this morning arrived so quickly :(

Anyhow - still trying the plan - maybe, just maybe - something will shift this week - it just HAS to...

    Today's menu is as follows:
B Muller Light and loads of strawberries
    S 2 x ryvita with tomatoes
L 2 slices of ham, tomatoes, rocket, couscous (plain but I flavoured it with lemon juice and pepper, onions, and small teaspoon of coleslaw
D Fancy a huge omelette with bacon and all the leftover veg in the house chucked in with some SW wedges......
S more strawberries, maybe an Alpen Light

Using milk for teas and coffees........

Not feeling hungry or deprived at all these days - feel much better - skin and hair look great (even if I do say so myself.......) - I have everything crossed that something shifts by WI on Friday.....

Tis the start of another new week - onwards and upwards!!!!

I would fry them in fry light, cook the pasta and then mix together with FF fromage frais and a HEA of cheese (pref parmesan). Or used tinned tomatoes for a more classic pasta dish.

I would make veggie kebabs (I'm having them for tea with lamb and potatoes) and either grill or BBQ them the make a tomato sauce and have it with rice or potatoes. I'd have to have some meat too though!!
