Not posted my meals the last couple days.

    Today was

B: Weetabix, skimmed milk & an apple
L: Left over noodles with soy sauce and random veg, an apple and an orange
D: Mixed grill with gammon, steak, pork chop, chicken breast and sausages (3 syns) with homemade peppercorn sauce.
S: Apple, hot chocolate (not sure on syns for this one but OH brought me it)

Could have done better with dinner but to be honest I've been in one of those moods where I want comfort food full of syns so I'm pleased with how today went in the end ;)

Hi Drea, just wondered what colour day this was? It looks like EE until you get to dinner, then it looks very red as its all meat!! Did you have some veg and you haven't written it?

Well I've had a busy day so far. First I was at work for a couple of hours, I called at supermarket on the way home for a few bits, came home and washed up then made some cupcakes. I then cleaned the whole house!!! And oddly I really enjoyed it!

    Foodwise today will be Green:

Brekkie - banana (intended to have more when I got home but got too engrossed in being busy!)
Lunch - jacket potato with cheese (A), mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, ham (0.5B)
Tea - Chicken (1.5), sw roasties, roasted veg

I'll have a snack in a bit and use some syns as part of it. Might have a walk this afternoon but its currently looking a bit like rain!

Nope, no veg, hence why I said dinner could have been better ;)

It was a.... urm.... mix of red and EE :rotfl:

Hello all! It's quiet here lately - hope we're not all having secret scoffing sessions and are then too embarrassed to post? It does help if you post your wobbles - kind of cathartic....

Well I weighed this morning and I have lost 2.5lbs - how? I'm attempting to maintain by sticking to the green plan and 10ish syns during the week and then having 1 day off on the weekend when I'm not going berserk but having what I fancy. I think that eventually I'll level out but its a bit up and down at the moment.

I won't post my food today as its a day off but will continue to do so every other day (don't want to tempt anyone!).

Been to Tesco and done the food shop today and have lots of nice healthy stuff for the week to come and few new things to try to shake things up a bit to keep my interest going.

Right, its time for a glass of wine and to think about a takeaway for tea (probably indian?)

Ooohh - forgot to say - I had my hair chopped today - 8 inches off in the end:eek:. But it does look nice - a dark brown (with a hint of red) swingy chin length bob. And that was after I weighed so it hasn't affected my WI!:rotfl:
Weightloss, hair cut - my version of a midlife crisis - what next?

Have felt very weary today, have wanted to sleep but forced myself to stay awake. Am gonna give in and go to bed now even though Hugh Jackman [Van Helsing] is on TV, can't keep my eyes open to drool over him :rotfl:.

Did have my rice pudding today [2 bowls] between us we ate the lot :o. Good luck with WI those that do it tomorrow, fingers crossed to see what you would like. x x x x

Back from my holiday. Haven't had time to catch up on thread but hope everyone is doing well.

I went away thinking I'd have a s*d it sort of holiday. I didn't stint myself but found that SW is firmly engrained in my psyche so made lots of wise choices.

I took some Pagen to keep me off the lovely, fresh white, bread and had loads of salads and veg. Main syns were alcoholc plus a (very) few puddings.

Back on the wagon as of today, so hopefully wiil have gone some way to redress thngs before my WI next Thursday.
