Evening all. WI tonight and I had put on 2lb. It was no surprise, I deserved it!! Like Wootball I'm struggling to be motivated since my wedding. I'm now 1.5lb above target so I would like to get that off for next week.

Not going to tell you what I've eaten today, suffice it to say there is about a month's worth of syns! Meals were okish, its the cakes, biccies and choccies thats the problem, all stuff I don't usually bother about!!!

:D. I then went on to slightly offend her [so not intentionally] by saying te reason she was having trouble was due to the fact she'd had too many children . It came out so wrong and she got a bit defencive but honestly I only ment each time she got anywhere with weight loss she then fell pregnant so had to start again if you see what I mean. Oh God I wish I'd kept my mouth shut. Not a good start for the new year come September :rotfl:.

Sounds exactly like something I'd say, I do suffer with that foot in mouth disease!!!

That is me all over and then I frett about it and whether I've upset anyone [usually have :o]. I also suffer form a weird sense of humour where things sound so funny in my head but when they come out of my mouth they usually offend :o or sound completely unfunny [even to me] I then think why the hell did I just say that :rotfl:. My aim now is to think before I open my gob and say to myself Do You REALLY Want To Say THAT???? :rotfl:
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Week 2 = 0.4lb loss. Well... at least it isn't a gain.

Do you all plan your days food in the morning, just looking at the posts? I tend to 'wing it' knowing I have 'free' stuff I can eat.

Does anyone else 'treat themselves' if they have lost after a weigh in?

Yesterday I had my usual treat of crisps and I have realised something, it is not the 'eating' of them I like but more the taste and the feeling in my mouth, the crunchiness. They do not actually fill me up. I did think that I could chew the food and then spit it out. How many calories will I be eating then? Why has no-one thought of this before?? Surely it could be the best weight loss plan every where you can chew as much nice stuff as you like as long as you spit it out. :o

Morning everyone, have been awol for a while. Things at home are starting to feel 'normal' again and the kids seems to have adjusted really well. Still not eating properly tut tut, mainly been eating rubbish if im honest but got on the scales this morn and i'm currently weighing 10st 8 which means i've somehow lost 4lb since my last wi. Still not quite in the right frame of mind to get back on track 100% but i'm getting there slowly. Only 8lb till i get to my target weight :D

Hi Folks! Well done to all the losers :T Drea - every little helps :D

6.5 syns yesterday so 18.5 for the week so far :D of course it will probably all fall apart at the weekend :o I've got the family over for tea on Sunday and no idea what to feed them!

    Today: Green as always
    B: polenta, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: banana
L: Salad, new potatoes, roast BNS and Chilli philly (HEb + 3)
S: Mango, I've also got apples and oranges in my bag :D
D: Freezer suprise I think or if all else fails I'll have egg, SW chips and beans!
    Other HE's for supper.

Blue Monkey - I used to treat myself until someone said it wasn't really a treat you're actually sabotaging yourself unless you add it in your syns :( and spitting it out sounds a bit close to bulimia!!

Morning all. Has anyone seen MrsM? I don't think she's posted since Sunday.

Well today will be green for me:

    Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - Pea and ham soup (2), couscous with tuna (2) and salady bits, grapes, cherries (I have a yogurt too if I need it)
Tea - indian spiced noodles, griddled chicken breast (HEB), salad, salad cream (2)

I'm going to the market later to see what delights the fruit and veg man has!!

Morning all WI tonight and even though I am at target I am hoping for a loss tonight as I have a long weekend in Cardiff and will be mostly off plan.

Well done to all the losers :T and hugs to those who are struggling - stick with it.

Dizzy - hope you had a better nights sleep and are starting to feel better and well done for resisting those fairies!

Those people are killjoys!! I have to admit that I try not to use my syns so I have them if I really need something, I probably have up to 5 a day, so I can probably get away with it anyway. I've still been losing.

Re: Bulimia. Do people do that then? :o
