    Hi All

I'm popping in from Slimming World online - is anyone shocked or disappointed by how basis the service is for £65?! I have written a strongly worded email complaining - I think they're going to give me vouchers for classes instead.

I've been strugglin with keeping my syns in check - and have been eating too much as a consequence.

    Today so far:

B: Porridge (made with skimmed milk) with tablespoon syrup - syns?
L: Very large Jacket potato and cottage cheese
    D:Bean salad
S: Apple, satsuma, Pineapple, 1/2 bag salt and vinegar crisps

    Afternoon all !
Another good day for me so far - that's two in a row:rotfl::rotfl:

I wore a pair of size 10 trousers and a blouse that I've had for ages but not worn and got loads of compliments - apparently I looked even slimmer than I do in suits - isn't it amazing how just a stone and a half can make such a difference?
So quite motivated again to keep maintaining and not splurging!

    Food was green as always...
Breakfast - Fibre plus bar (B choice)
    Mid morning - small banana
Lunch - pasta and sauce (0.5 syns and 0.5 A choices for milk), grapes and strawberries
Tea - 2 quorn fillets in bbq marinade (4 syns to be on the safe side) and wild rice
Extras - frozen mullerlight, pack of space raiders (60 cals so 3 syns?)

    Total - 0.5 A choices, 1 B choice, 7.5 syns

L - HM SF pasta bake (HEA for cheese)
D - HM SF tomato and basil risotto, cheese (HEA), salad
Snacks - 2 x small bananas, pear, plums, noodles, HM WM bread (HEB), Lf marg (0.5syns)
Drinks - water, squash, fruit tea

    Total syns = 0.5

Still being low syn ready for weekend away

    Helloooo!
Good day here, had a RUBBISH day at work and very nearly attacked the chocolate, but managed to have 3 biscuits and ignore the choc craving.
So, my green day has been as follows:
Oats, berries and yog (might have something else tomorrow for a change) (B)
    fruit
    salad, 3 x mini babybel lights, 4 x ryvita (A and B)
2 biscuits (we'll say 3, they didnt' have a creamy filling)
and I think dinner will be curried chick peas with kale (I have a recipe that looks really nice even though it sounds a bit bleurgh)
And that's it, I've got some water melon, but may pop out and get some more fruit later just in case I feel like snacking.

This week has been really quite good so far, so fingers crossed for a loss on Sat.

    Keep up the good work!!

I expect that fruit is just fermenting away in there TIE, and you'll have a lovely big ...erm... dynorod moment tomorrow :).

I have a BIG dynorod moment EVERY morning [Mon-Fri] at around the same time 7.30am but come the weekend & WI, nothing, zilch, nada not even a wet f**t [sorry tmi] :rotfl:. I eat the same amount of fruit over the weekend too .

Dizzy, well done on resisting those damn fairies, you'd think the buggas would have the decency to leave you alone when you're poorly.

Sports day out of the way and the rain held off until we were going back to class :j. Also had new intake this arvo and one of the new Mums I knew from the early days at SW class, she commented "You're still doing SW then, you're even slimmer now than you were then" :D. I then went on to slightly offend her [so not intentionally] by saying the reason she was having trouble was due to the fact she'd had too many children . It came out so wrong and she got a bit defencive but honestly I only ment each time she got anywhere with weight loss she then fell pregnant so had to start again if you see what I mean. Oh God I wish I'd kept my mouth shut. Not a good start for the new year come September :rotfl:.

    Food:
    B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
    L - LO cheesy pasta bake [.5a], toms, 2x cheese straw [4], p/white [2.5], fruit salad, activia.
T - last bit of cheesy pasta bake with extra cheese [a&b], spaggy hoops, bbq sauce [1]
    Snacks - fruit salad, onken
    Syns - 7.5
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
