Morning all. Hope you're all well! I'm very tired today and I STILL have a sore throat, its been 6 days now!!!

I've got to go to a conference in sheffield tomorrow and lunch is provided, It'd better be good to make up for the boring content of the conference!

Tonight we're having tea at MIL's so it could be anything! Will go for EE to be on the safe side:

    Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - ainsley couscous (1 i think!), tuna, lots of salady bits, cherries, grapes
    Tea - ????
    Snacks - pear, nectarine.

    Morning All

Feeling a bit bleugh the last couple of days :( had a mammoth flipping migraine too which I really could have done without on top of the throbbing/burning from the graft site.
Ive done nothing much but sleep really in between popping pain killers....which is good for keeping me on the straight & narrow with SW though ;)

staying 'loosely' on red days at the mo, (my 2 toffee oaty bar HEBs are coming in handy for the *week pmt cravings though :)) but not really in an 'eaty' mood as I just don't seem to fancy anything much.

Todays plan is to sleep a lot & to eat the punnet of strawbs that need using up......other than that - there is no plan :rotfl:

Be good !! I'l try get back to normal service soon :A x x

Hey Dizzy, are them oaty bars the weetabix ones? is it 1 or 2 for heb? I bought some and they are only slightly more cals than the alpen lights so assume they are 2 per heb, but wanted to check.

Glad your getting plenty of sleep, best thing for recovery, hope your migraines get better xx

Oats soaked over night in yogurt, not tried it myself though.

Is pouring yogurt free? Hubby wanted to try it. Also I love pasta n philly, usually have it hot with sprinkle of HEa on top yummmy. Free on green too :D.

Nope, the Activia one is 4 syns for 130g so I had FF natural yoghurt instead ;) still, a little taste might have went in my mouth, it's lovely!
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

    Hi folks,:hello:

Dizzy - get plenty of rest :shhh: we're managing without you but missing your caustic wit!:rotfl:
Susibear - I'm pretty sure the oaty bars are 1 for an HEB (you get 2 HEB's on Red and Green days) but they are only 3.5 syns and soooo worth it
I finished yesterday on 6 syns so quite pleased with myself, not sure if I’ll do so well today – I’m having a hungry day :EasterBun I had a cooked breakfast before leaving home and since I got to work I’ve demolished an apple, banana and a pot of yoghurt!

The plan is : Green as always,
    B: polenta, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: apple banana, yoghurt
    L: couscous, chickpeas, salad
    S: mango and melon
D: SW quiche with new potatoes, peas with lettuce and onion. Yoghurt and fruit with a drizzle of honey (1)
Supper will be my HE’s possibly cheese on toast!

Well weigh in today and 4lb off. So thats 7.5lbs in the first two weeks which i'm really chuffed with. Only down side is that I'm really struggling with the willpower. Gave up smoking a few months back and what with trying to lose weight, other stress's going on feel like something is gonna give. Oh well will take one day at a time and see what happens.

Well done for all the losses and dizzy rest up and sleep lots.

Thats a great result for your second week :j Keep focussing on the end goal.. by quitting smoking and losing weight you are exerting such a positive control over your life. Even when other stresses get in the way you then have your strength to fall back on - and you know that if you can do it in the tough times then things should only get easier!
