just a fly-by for me again - am totally shattered after not getting much sleep last night. Drive home from London whacked me and then I couldn't sleep for being over tired.

Wasn't too pleased with the 1lb loss - but then again I've not been eating much so metabolism's gone for a burton...

    Will do better this week.

Mind you - 1stone gone :D nothing to sneeze at ya know

    *hugs*

I thought SW had a boot camp style weeks menu for if you were really struggling (& I am). A set menu?

I asked my consultant & she said no, just eat lots of SS foods?

Has anyone ever heard of this menu from SW?

It's called Fast Forward and needs to be tailored to individual by their consultant. It's super strict and only used when someone has plateaued for a long time and all other attempts to get the weight moving again have failed.

Have you tried success express as an alternative?

Am whacked, had sports practice today and didn't sleep well over weekend so very tired. Woke very early hours Sunday very sudden, like someone switched a light on. Couldn't switch my brain off so couldn't go back to sleep. Took long time to get to sleep last night then needed loo at 3am. Fell into deep sleep just before alarm went off so still very tired :(. Need a good nights sleep tonight as am in charge of Reception tomorrow.

    B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
    L - mugshot, toms, 2x cheese twist [4], p/white [2.5], fruit salad, activia
T - cheesy pasta bake [1.5a], spaggy hoops, bbq sauce [1] veg in bake - celery, toms, onion & passata.
Snacks - big bowl fruit salad, onken
    Syns - 7.5

My mum has just come back from holiday where a friend collapsed and died while holding mums hand then last night she dropped a tray of drinks which smashed and cut her foot. Think she hasn't enjoyed this holiday much poor thing. Shes off to Ibiza in a couple of weeks but at least she'll be with my sister and the rest of the family so hope that will be a better experience.

It was my first day at work today so I panicked last night realising I had nothing in for lunches and made pasta with a philly sauce, tasted awful and had syns, never again! So I now have a nice salad for tomorrow with a little tub of natural yoghurt and raspberries, much nicer :)

    Anyway, today has been:

    B - Weetabix & skimmed milk (hea & heb)
L - Pasta with philly sauce & an orange (4 syns)
    D - SW Meatballs & spaghetti (½ syn)

Haven't had many superfrees, it's just been a strange day with the new job, it'll take a bit of getting used to! Off to bed now with pouring yoghurt and strawbs :)
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

HI ALL, I'm back from a week in Lanzarote and it was fabulous. A bit too fabulous sometime as I went over syns on most days but hey ho I'll just get weighed on Wednesday and face the music.

Will try to catch up with the thread soon but for now WELL DONE to all the losers and BIG HUGS to the strugglers.

DIZZY - hope you are doing o.k. I think you deserve the goodies after all you have to put up with. I have a picture in my mind of MR BUMP sucking away on a huge Magnum. Take care of yourself and get all the pampering MR DIZZY can manage. xx
