  • Well my plan of a nice healthy lunch has been scuppered by an office trip to the pub. They usually do a salmon salad though so will have that hopfully for minimal syns. Will leave my packed lunch in the fridge for tomorow!
  • hi everyone

could anyone tell me how many syns are in Tesco 'Simply Cook' Chicken breasts with cheese, ham and mushroom? Per portion it is 285 calories, 11.4g fat, 0.7g fibre.

    Thank you! xxx

Morning all. Well done to all the losers and glad to hear the op went well dizzy. I don't blame you having the fish and chips, I think you deserved them!!

I need a kick up the bum! I haven't followed the plan properly since my wedding. I was half a pound under target when I last got weighed but I bet I'll be over now! I'm not being really bad but just lots of little bits creeping in.

We had a lovely camping trip last week and conquered 10 wainright fells in 2 days so i think I probably burnt off the naughties I had those days!

    so, today will be EE:

    Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
    Snack - pear, nectarine
Lunch - beef stew (2) and veggies (found in bottom of freezer and needs using up!!), strawbs
Tea - chicken casserole (3), mash, cabbage, carrots, green beans

Hoping to go for a walk after work too.

    Hi Folks

Behaved relatively well over the weekend - had some nice wine and didn't go too mad on crisps! Instead of sharing (supposedly, as I generally come out far better off) the huge Walkers packets of crisps, I bought a 25g pack of baked crisps and made them last.......this is quite an achievement for me :) I have never rationed crisps before.................big step!!!

    Today's menu is as follows:
B the magic porridge stuff which Nessie recommended, with defrosted mixed berries
    S grapes
L chicken, lettuce, baked spud, tomatoes and onions
    .........more berries.........
D fancy some fish - perhaps with curried rice and vegetable concoction.
    S should be some ryvita

Using milk for coffees as usual.
    Drinking loads of water........

If I still stay the same this week, after all the effort (and the annoying amount of time spent running to the loo!!), you will hear my screams from wherever you are!!!!

    Evening!
It's horrible here, absolutely tipping down with rain, and grey and miserable too. Ordinarily I'd tuck myself up with some choc to raise my spirits, but I've resisted!
    Green for me as ever:
oats, berries, yogurt and a spoonful of sesame seeds (1.5 x B)
    Fruit
Pasta with tomato, olives and capers (1 syn)
    2 x ryvitas with a banana (0.5 B)
    fruit
Arabian lentil and rice soup (amazing)
and some more fruit later. Maybe a soy yog (2 syns)
And I may find something else to snack on as well if I feel like it.
Oh, and milk in my tea (A)
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.

I thought SW had a boot camp style weeks menu for if you were really struggling (& I am). A set menu?

I asked my consultant & she said no, just eat lots of SS foods?

Has anyone ever heard of this menu from SW?

There is a 7 day menu that is supposed to kick start your first week, if you PM me your email address I can send it over for you. Not sure if that's what you are talking about?
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.
