Morning everyone,
I am wondering if you would mind if I jumped on the tank too, have a read of thread most days and think I made a random input a while ago but I am having problems and need a huge kick up the bum. Been going to group for a couple of months but put on half a pound two weeks running now, have been finding it so hard to stick too and already this morning I have totally gone off the track. Now I know if I stick to it I can do it but the glue does not seem to be working. Thought that maybe sharing my blip here may help as you all are doing so well, hope thats ok.
What you need are clear goals. Remember a time when you felt comfortable with your weight/clothing and keep that in mind. All too soon you will find yourself looking in the back of the wardrobe and sliding into the 'skinny' jeans.
Do you have an item of clothing that you love but doesn't fit? Get it out and hang it on the outside so you see it every morning. Keep in mind that very soon you will be wearing it.
Keep plenty of syn free foods in the house - make sure that you have your faves in there and you should be able keep youself focused and firmly on the wagon.

VERY WELL DONE MAGS
you deserve to be stoked what a fantastic loss, feel free to 'ramble' as what you said is very motivational and that was me too, my head is so in the right place this time and even though I'm at target its still there. I could so easily think well I'm where I want to be so can stop now and eat 'normally' but I haven't, so hopefully will keep the weight off. Well done again
Dizzy - put your feet up and let MrD take the strain, maybe he'll even do the ironing [I know, don't hold your breath :rotfl:].
Ok prepare to hate me - WI and another 2lb loss wasn't deliberate honest. Even had chinese last night with batter and sauces and stuff. Think thats what I was saying to Mags, my head won't let me eat too much wrong stuff but I am trying to maintain honest I am
. Am now 5.5lb UNDER target
will try harder
.
newbies grab a seat on the Dizzy tank, seat belts are recommend but we have super strong glue if needed
.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well done Mags! You've lost such a lot
Stupid question, how do I make omelettes? I've never made one but the OH always adds in milk and butter, is there a way of making them without the butter?
Drea, just use eggs, if you add milk I imagine you will end up with scrambled egg! Crack your eggs and whip em up, add your filling and pour into hottish pan, thats how I do them, and I happen to think I am the omlette queen :rotfl:0 -

Thanksit's just something I've never done, thinking I might do an omelette for lunch
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
Morning all
-2lb for me at weigh in today, yay! So that's all of last week's gain cancelled out. And I have been for a 5 mile run this morning so feeling good (interestingly i weighed another lb less after the run, but am counting the pre-run weight as the 'real' one).
Food so far:
B: weetabix and milk (HEb and HEa), strawberries with FF yoghurt.
Not sure what the rest of the day will bring as I am going to visit parents, will update later.
Well done rest of you LOSERS!!0
