Wow Mags! Thats a fabulous journey that you have made and in such a short time. I love the idea of shopping in your own wardrobe because that it is just how it feels :D.
I found that at times I became a little complacent and those were the weeks that I didn't lose weight so went back to basics....for me it has to be Extra Easy as that just makes sense.
    Well done all losers.

    Good morning everyone
Magnolia that's fantastic! You do sound stoked and quite right too!
I've been craving granola recently, a bit of a strange thing to be fantasising about eating but that's what I've been wanting. So, I bought some Dorset cereals marmelade granola yesterday and have just had 2oz with fat free yogurt, and it was the best breakfast I've had in ages. I looked in my SW book which said 6 syns for 28 grams, soI figure 12 syns for my breakfast, which is fine by me! I think I'll have it as my special sunday breakfast from now on!
I had fishfingers and sw chips last night and didn't really like it, I've been getting into the healthfood thing recently and wished that I'd had a big salad with some chickpeas or something instead. Still, every day's a school day so I'll choose something else next time.
So, green as usual for me...
    granola and yog (12 syns)
salad, chickpeas and pagens for lunch (b) and maybe some babybel lights (a)
wholemeal spagetti with tomato and olive sauce (2 syns)
    and fruit for snacking on.

Must make a meal plan for the week and go shopping, and I also have an enourmous ironing mountain to tackle.

    Have a lovely Sunday!

I thought your post about your personal journey was fab ;) I feel exactly the same....I'm fed up now being fat and nothing is going to stop me this time around.(I just wish my losses had been as mahoosive each week as yours have been lol *jealous...a little?*:A) x x x:p

Well I had a pretty decent nights sleep last night :) considering the size of this special 'nightime compression bandage' I have to wear at night to protect the graft and abutment cover cap. Imagine having something the thickness of 4 super size sanitary towels wrapped in very tight elastic stapping?? then try get comfy when your head is already throbbing from having it drilled and everthing else they do when they do the bone graft :( I also could probably body double for kung fu panda with my lovely black eyes too:eek::rotfl: But its like the saying goes.....no pain no gain - and in 12 weeks I'l be getting the 'magic processor box connected' and I'l be able to hear :T

    Soooooo Back to SW :)

I'm on the tank again AS PROMISED :A I've had my naughtiness and I'm focussed again (feeling the pressures of the *week fairies BIG TIME....but they can sod right off :rotfl:)

Today is a Red day with minimal syns

B pineapple & strawbs -maybe a yog HEA milk for teas

    L ham/Cheese omlette (1/2 HEA) toms,lettuce,onion. strawbs

T asda spicy chick breast HEB pitta lettuce yog/mint sauce. strawbs & yog

    HEB2 toffee oaty bar

    Syns
    penguin wafer 4.5

off to do more of my nothingness....Drs orders ;) MrD is on cooking duties....and cuppa duties....and cushion plumping duties :rotfl::rotfl:
  • Hi everyone
I have been on and off SW for the last 3 years. I lost a good amount of just over 2 stone then stopped going to class because "I didnt need it" and now a year later I have put back on all my 2 stone and feel like crap :(
I am going back to class on Thursday with my head held in shame and am determined to get back on track.
Hope I can join in here too ..
    thanks

Dont be jealous - you have to have it to loose it like that :D

I am still a long way from skinny but I am so much more closer to my target weight. Only 27lbs to go and I will be at the weight that I felt comfortable at. I will still not be at the weight the charts say I should be though as I am a 5'10" woman who is built like a brick errrrrrrrrr outhouse:rotfl:

Many years ago I was always slated by the Dr's for being obese - I was a size 16 - they would weigh me and look at their charts and say I was very overweight smiley-rolleyes008.gif One lovely young lady Dr looked at me and looked at the charts and gave me a figure of 2.5 stones higher than the ruddy chart said. She said this was based on bone measurements to determine the frame. Since then I have always given the Dr's the standard 'yeah right' and left it at that. Clutching to the fact that I am a large man frame so got more wriggle room

Well done Mags! You've lost such a lot :)

Stupid question, how do I make omelettes? I've never made one but the OH always adds in milk and butter, is there a way of making them without the butter? :o
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning everyone,

I am wondering if you would mind if I jumped on the tank too, have a read of thread most days and think I made a random input a while ago but I am having problems and need a huge kick up the bum. Been going to group for a couple of months but put on half a pound two weeks running now, have been finding it so hard to stick too and already this morning I have totally gone off the track. Now I know if I stick to it I can do it but the glue does not seem to be working. Thought that maybe sharing my blip here may help as you all are doing so well, hope thats ok. :)
