I have officially decided that I am happy where I am (10st, 5'5", size 10 in most shops).
I really wanted to be under 10st but I seem to have stayed around the same (granted not much effort has been made lately!) for ages.

I'm going to attempt to maintain this weight now by sticking religiously to SW during the week and having one day "off" (with wiser choices, not going mad) on the weekend.

Today is my day off and I've had a tuna and cheese bagette and about 10 chips at the pub and I'm having falafel and salad for tea with a glass of wine with a bag of crisps - so a relaxed day but not going as mad as I could easily do.

    Back on the wagon tomorrow.....

On the plus side I have done quite a bit of walking and done the weekly shop and bought quite literally a ton of F&V and lots of healthy stuff ready to crack on with maintaining.

I'm the same height as you and I was happy at 10st 2lb when I was going to club last time. This time around I liked the idea of being in single figures i.e 9st so reset target to 9st 12lb am hovering around 9st 8lb at present which is great as gives me a bit of leeway. I stick to sw all week but generally have weekends off also have extra HEs a couple of days aweek as fits in with lunch duty at school i.e can have couple of wm rolls plus weetabix for 3 HEbs. Generally this works, occasionally have a gain but this is usually because of extra syns over my weekly limit. Just stick to sw 100% following week to lose it again.

Good luck with maintaining and welcome to the target sofa, we're a jolly bunch over here :rotfl:

    Thank you!
I wasn't sure whether it was a kop out or not but I think I'm genuinely OK with myself now.
I'm having my hair cut next week (about 6 inches off) so that will be the transformation complete:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm now trying to find a magic anti aging/wrinkle repair that costs next to nothing and will make me look 25 again (not the rapidly approaching 40 that I really am!)
Me, mid life crisis? Surely not:D

    Woooohoooo Dizzy :T:T:T
If anyone deserves a syn fest it's you.

Hope you're not too sore, and that Mr Dizzy is looking after you (I'm sure he is).

Welshwoofer - you may find that the 6 inches of hair you're planning to lose takes another half a pound off!!! :rotfl:
