Thank you Nessie for suggesting magic porridge - tried it this morning and it was yum - also I had it around 7.15am, and wasn't feeling at all hungry until about 20 mins ago - excellent!!

B porridge oats with muller light and raspberries
L ham, lettuce, couscous, onions, tomatoes, peppers, followed by strawbs and raspberries
D thinking of SW chicken curry and wedges

Will use syns for a couple of glasses of wine tonight..........

Have been very good (I think) but this has been a week, and I weighed myself the morning - and after a week, I haven't lost a thing - nowt, nada, zilch - this has been very frustrating - although I do feel better for my healthy eating choices, but am feeling a bit down about it...........

However, have decided not to let it get me down TOO much - have booked body boarding lessons for self, hubby and children tomorrow - should be a laugh of nothing else - Greenpeace should be on standby for the beached whale that will be me!

Has anyone else started off on this plan, kept to it, and not lost a micro pound in the first week?

Do you go to class or doing it at home?

Have you got alot to loose? i.e. more than 1 stone?

If you are doing it at home, did you use the same scales? Did you weigh yourself at the same time? Did you wear the same sort of clothes?

    Have you been drinking enough?

    Have you measured yourself?

Just a few questions that may find the answer to you staying the same!

I feel so sick _pale_. Just had sushi for lunch. They didn't have the vegetable one I like in tescos last night, so I thought I'd try the fish one. OMG, had a couple of bits about an hour ago and still can't get the taste out of my mouth. Will post menu later, but really not sure if I want anything else now :(

When I was going to classes there were several people who actually gained in their first week - one woman put on 4lbs :eek:BUT they always lost more the second week :D that woman lost 7 (so 3lbs really)

    I bet you'll have a loss next week :)

LiloChop - don't be disheartened, stick with it as it will work. It just be retaining fluid or that your body us taking time to adjust to the change in eating. I had weeks when 100% on plan but had no loss but it came off in the end. You have done well and it will work for you so don't give up. Definately take measurements as they will change even in weeks where you don't lose.

Continue to ask any questions and post your meal plans and we will all help.
