Well first WI and lost 3.5lbs. Gonna have a treat tonight and then crack back on with it properly tomorrow.
I bought some of the hi fi deluxe chocolate bliss bars at group this morning which I'm currently scoffing and have to say they are really nice (and I usually hate any form of cereal type bar!!!)0 -

Hi all,
I am just starting on Slimming World. I did join last year, but only went back once! I have one stone to lose, and if possible I would prefer not to go to the group session, as I really didn't enjoy the one I went to.
I was just wondering, are the books and info still the same? I have the 2010 main starter booklet, that outlines the Extra Easy, Read and Green systems, and gives syn values for all the basic foods. I also bought some recipe books on the 2 occasions I went - one called Extra Easy cookbook, one curry cookbook, a one-pot book and a dessert booklet. I also have the booklets about choose success, 7 days to success, and body magic. Is it ok to carry on with these, or have there been any major changes?
Thanks for any advice xx0 -

I'd say definately give them a whirl. Could have easily sat and ate all four but limited myself to just the one!!!0 -
Hello everyone.
I did SW a long time ago and lost quite a bit of weight. Loads to lose now, i bought the SW books off ebay as i can't get to a class. I am a bit confused as it was only red/green days last time i did it but noe there is extra easy....how can you have unlimited potatoes/meat etc AND lose weight???? Also need some dinner ideas which are suitable for all the family (Hubby and 3 kiddlywinks)
Any help MUCH appreciated. This has got to be the time i do it, i am feeling very unhealthy now and sister in law getting married next year and i want to choose an outfit that i want to wear not just one that fits.
ThanxWeight 13/06/11 14st 100 -
