Well i gotta say the Warburton Square Wraps make excelllent pizza bases
I toasted mine for 5mins in oven before putting the toppings on so it wasn't too mushy. Tasted very yummy, well worth the 8syns

hi guys
i am another newbie..just thought i would say a quick hello. have just started SW again, although i did the plan a few years ago. have managed to lose some weight over the past few years but want to get focused and lost maybe a stone.. although would be happy with a bit under.. am going on holiday in aug so good motivation! i mainly stuck to green days last time so expect i will do the same this time. have been on the plan for a few days and going ok so far.. just tried some of those quorn chicken nuggets and they were amazing! will be 'going it alone' so might pick your brains about syn values from time to time!
Thanks!:)STS, STS, -1:), STS, -3 :T, -1:), STS, STS, -1:T, -1:j, STS :j (post-holiday!), +1:(, -1:), -10 -
Wootball - we honeymooned at the eldorado royale in mexico too. Loved it so much we bought into the holiday share.... if I'd have know you could have had it half price! The food there was AMAZING!!!! Those banana pancakes in the morning were sensational and drinking daiquiris at the swim up bar was pure bliss.

Weigh in was yesterday and (drum roll please).....
:j:j:j 6 lbs off :j:j:j
That's 10lbs in total in 9 days
Just need to keep going now and not lose momentum. Zumba tonight was great and need to go and eat. Realised I haven't eaten much today (not intentionally) and that does not do me good. The key to this plan for me has always been to eat loads of the free food.
Take care all, Ging x0 -

only one little one left before it's a whole stone!!:j
Hope you've all been doing wonderfully - I'm having an early night because I'm working two jobs to make up one day's pay tomorrow *ack*

Hmm Forrero Rochers didn't turn out. Too many ryvitas so had to put more chocolate in which has now made them 2.5 syns each
And they look like rabbit droppings.... maybe I'm better to stick to the savoury cooking
I take it back! They are yum, definitely fulfil my chocolate craving!Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
just joining in this thread - my second weigh in is tomorrow evening.
lost only 2lb first week
B - muller light and fruit
L - hoe made meatballs, batchelors savoury rice with peas and cabbage
D - egg noodles with mushrooms and cold road chicken
snacks so far today are nectarines - jelly setting in the fridge
healthy A - skimmed milk
healthy B - not decided yet
i joined my local group in July last year - and in my first week I only lost half a pound!
However thanks to the kindness and encouragement of the lady who does our weigh-ins I kept at it - 11 months later i have lost nearly 3 and a half stone! It has come off slightly slower than previous diets...but I am NOT bored food wise! It has fitted in with family and I am delighted to have gone from a size 22/24 to a size 16/18! I walk rewgularly and have lost a mahoosive 10 inches from my hips!
So congratulate yourself - 2lbs is a GOOD weight loss! Well done!:T:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

Didn't enjoy the chilli at all, have really gone off meat lately. Maybe will give it a miss for a while and have fish on red days.0 -
I'm off on holiday for 10 days. Tomorrow will be fine as I don't fly 'til later and I've got a pasta salad ready to eat on the plane. After that I'm expecting to put on some pounds but hope they'll disappear PDQ when I get back.
Keep at it all!!0 -

Hi abbe, just looking at your food diary you don't seem to be eating much and you're very short of superfrees, you didn't have any with your breakfast, lunch or snack, the carrot snack will help but I bet the carrots and veg in your stir fry wouldn't make up a third of everything you ate. You need to make sure you're eating enough as if you don't your body will go into starvation mode and the weight won't come off very well.
We're all packed up and ready to go camping although the weather forecast isn't looking too clever!! I've packed porridge/gapefruit and bananas for brekkies, ham, salad and wm pittas for lunch and meat/salad/new potatoes for teas. We'll eat out one night and I've packed some shapers bars and velvet crunch crips for me aswell as lots of fruit as I know I'll need more than just the pitta sandwiches during the day as we'll (hopefully if the weather behaves ok) be doing lots of fell walking! I just have to get through the day at work now then we can get off!!
So, today is.....erm well actually its nothing, you can tell I ahven't thought about it very well!! I guess I can call it a green day if I cheat and use corned beef as a HEB which its not! I can have 3 HEB now a I'm at target so that'll have to do....or I could syn the corned beef actually.....
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - small jacket potato, corned beef quiche, beans, melon
Tea - HM chilli, rice, salad....and it'll be nicer than normal as it will be eaten outdoors (or under canvass depending on the weather!!)0
