That's my nosh so far today - like all you lovely folk on this thread, I really need to shift the weight - I had started eating more healthy choices lately, but the weight has just stayed there and not budged, and I am hoping that joining you good folk will help me out. I used to be a fairly slim body once upon a time ago, but two children later, nursing my Mum through terminal cancer and now having to adapt to a caring role for my Dad as well as working full time has taken it's toll on my own health I guess - but I am determined to try and lose the weight as I know that I can't look after anyone else if I don't take care of myself.......there, that's off my chest now!0 -
Saturday i tried to make a pizza using Warburtons sandwich thins (5syns each) - i must say it was lovely - little soggy in the middle, but very nice! Total syns 8!
Ooh what are these? like wraps? I love pizza (it's my downfall) and want to find a low syn but tasty version. Not a fan of the smash one.

Try Warburtons white square wraps for pizza base!! They are YUMMY!!!! 8syns but worth every one *drool* I top them with a scrape of tomato puree or ketchup, top with mushroom and wilted spinach then cover with a HE worth of cheese, about 5-10 mins in a hot oven and seve with SW wedges - Pizza n chips!!
I got them from Asda, about £1.70 I think for a packet of 60 -
Good Afternoon all
Well done on the losses :T and "chin up" to those struggling at the mo....
Made it to the gymble this morning and "whoop whoop" twas empty -I had forgotten that its a German bank holiday so most of the lads would have booked the day off -so I had it all to myself :j
Anyway I got 45mins in on the bike -did 24kms and burnt 310cals and then I went on some of the upper body weight machines and then I stretched off and walked home so Im hoping it would be about 500cals gone -or there abouts
I was a good girl -I didn't pop in to see hubby on the way off camp because he would have offered to bring me home and well -if he did my !!! would have been in that car at the speed of light  -daft thing is that I enjoy the walk home and it helps me stretch my legs off.... SO thats my exercise done for another day,,,,
Here is my red carb curfew for today :-
6am
2 boiled eggs
apple
10am
28g oats (B)
1tp wheat germ (0.5)
100g frozen mixed berries
100g fat free nat yogurt
2pm
roast chicken
lettuce
cucumber
tomatoes
celery
peppers
75g semi dried apricots (B)
6pm
haddock fillet
1/4tsp oil (0.5) -to roast
carrots
onions
peppers
10 almonds (5)
4 brazil nuts (4)
500ml semi (2XA)
SO that covers 2A+Bs and 10 syns -so smack on plan
Im doing some more "Jillian tweaks" (got 2 more of her books):p -having SW them first -so she recommends working out your BMR -basal metabolic rate (done), and then working out your AMR -Active metabolic rate (done) and have worked out what kind of metabolic oxidiser I am (sounds more faff than it is-honest) -so now I should be able to work my system to its optimum (pinkies crossed) .... she suggests splitting your weeks food allowance up unevenly so your body can't get used to the amount you eat so I have decided to do that by playing with my syns,,, so this week should be :-
Sunday -rest day - 10syns
Monday -gym day - 15 syns
Tuesday gym day and 2hr badminton -20 syns
Wednesday -rest day - 10syns
Thursday TaeBo dvd -15syns
Friday - gym day and hopefully badminton -20 syns
Saturday -shred or Taebo dvd - 10 syns
and if all else fails -at least it stops me getting bored :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a good afternoon.... keep up the great work everyone -we WILL get there :j-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I read that as you being stretchered off! Wouldn't have been a suprise with all the exercise you're doing.;)0 -
Struggling today. I've feeling a bit rubbish and still sat in pj's but no food to make for dinner so have to try force myself out to get some or it'll end up being not SW food
I can see you're light's still on so hope that means you've not given in to non SW food yet. Write yourself a meal plan and then get yourself off to do a bit of shopping. It will be worth it, you'll feel so much better.0 -

These are the ones i used £1.20 ish for pack of 6 - already pre-sliced so sort of like 2 pizzas!
I just spread with passata, sprinkled with garlic granules, topped with chopped quorn slices/mushrooms & jalepenos & grated cheese & put under grill until cheese had melted & slightly golden!
Served with SW wedges nom nom
IMO it tastes like the really cheap version of pizzas (Mr T Value etc.)cos it went a little soggy in the middle - might be worth slightly toasting the bread first - depends how you like your pizzas!
